Great overall experience. Provided perfect geographic respite during our trip. Get to the continental breakfast early!

Very clean and always accommodating. I love staying here when I’m in town and it’s my only go to hotel because of how clean it always is and how close it is to everything in Yonkers.

When we saw the picture online of the indoor facility, we thought it looked too good to be true. When we got there we realized the pictures were true to character. Beautiful ballroom type events going on. Wonderful weekend breakfast to include and omelette chef. Is cleanliness, comfort and ease of parking is only second to the staffs attention to detail in courtesy. Definite five stars and we will be staying again!

Very noisy. Lots of diesel trucks all night long. Very loud TVs can hear clear as bell through walls. Yelling in hall ways, arguments between guests heard at 1am. Signage terrible. I got two hours sleep

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Our experience at this hotel was a nightmare!!! I made the reservation on ******* for March 9th, paid the full price online, and 50$ “security deposit” when I checked in. The room was DISGUSTING, dirty and smelled bad! It looked nothing like the pictures of the room I booked. We then went downstairs to talk to the front desk and ask for a refund and there was no supervisor or manager working and the employees said they are not authorized to give refunds but they could give me another room, the “new” room was just as bad and dirty, if not worse! There was a party going on at the hotel and the noise was terrible. We decided to check out and call Monday to speak with a manager. As we are leaving the hotel, they charged 117$ on my card, without explanation or authorization, I went back to ask why and the front desk, once again clueless, said they have no idea why and that I had to call a manager on Monday. I sent a email and didn’t get a response, zero support from the hotel. And on top of everything, today (March 12th) they charged 182$ on my card, again, no explanation or authorization. I had to call my bank to dispute all those unauthorized transactions and block the merchant so they stop STEALING money from my card. Im also getting a lawyer. So be careful when choosing a place to stay, the rooms are disgusting and the front desk employees are rude and clueless!
