Hotel in zona SAINT LAURENT Yokohama Takashimaya, Yokohama

Perfect location, surrounded by many shops and restaurants with 3-5 min. walk to Yokohama JR station. The hotel has nice bar & restaurant. Only 1 room key given. The air condition was not working properly so I had to open the window to get the cool breeze. I didn’t sleep well because of the noise from street.

The hotel lobby is huge, the location is convenient to access to Queen's plaza. The room is nice and neat. Excellent services ! We like to return again. Its a good value hotel.

Non molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ma ancora a piedi e ancora nel centro della città. Buon hotel standard, nuovo, pulito con personale amichevole che capiscono l'inglese. Ci sono caffè/tea e alcuni cookie servono nel lobby.

Location of this hotel is quite close to railway station, just less than 3 mins walk from the nearest station, although quite far from the main town, the environment is less crowded and fewer tourists nearby, which could be a good choice. The room is also tidy, although the ventilation of toilet could be improved. The buffet breakfast provided by the hotel is also mediocre, though not many choices, but taste is not bad.

Lo Shinkansen del giorno dopo era presto, quindi essere collegato direttamente alla stazione mi ha dato tranquillità ed è stato molto comodo. Sebbene il bagno e la toilette non fossero completamente separati, era uno spazio spazioso simile a un bagno ed era pulito. La stanza era luminosa, silenziosa e rilassante.

Un bel hotel che si trova più o meno vicino alla stazione Shin-Yokohama e alla vista della Yokohama Arena. Puoi trovare un 7-11 sul pavimento, accanto agli ascensori, mentre un collegamento diretto al centro commerciale Prince PePe ti porta a qualche ristorante e un supermercato. Sembra che sia frequentata in gran parte da persone di impresa, almeno quando abbiamo visitato alla fine di novembre. Il check-in è stato un processo di facile accesso con il concierge amichevole, parlante inglese. Vuoi prendere alcune strutture come lavastoviglie, paddetti di cotone e crema di rasoio prima di prendere l'ascensore lungo in camera tua. Abbiamo avuto una bella vista per la città, vedendo come siamo passati il 30° piano, ma detto vista si migliora una volta che si va in cima per teppanyaki o il bellissimo salone. Visita quest'ultimo a bagno per immergersi nella vista panoramica e contare i treni che passano mentre si piscia sui cocktail di casa e gustare la loro carne tagliata.O forse si tratta di un dramma di Hibiki 25 - si merita. La camera doppia è più di una vacanza, ma pulita e confortevole abbastanza per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno di giornata. C'è anche una tavola sul piano della TV che potrebbe passare come un desk (con sedia di accompagnamento) se necessario, anche se preferisco molto il divano attraverso le finestre, così posso rimbalzare sulle mie scelte mentre al Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. Devo anche ricordare che il personale di custodia è incredibilmente caldo e amichevole, se si attraversano le strade. È queste piccole cose che fanno piacevole soggiorno, sai? Ottimo valore e un ritorno definitivo Yokohama dovrebbe essere ancora in viaggio.

For tourists it is close, maybe a quarter mile from JR and Tsurumi train station😀 Grocery store just up the same road😀 Food options close-by or farther out within easy walking distance😀 Check-In was easy and I anticipate check-out will be just as easy😀 Nice laundry area, three washers and dryers 😀 No folding table, they could have installed one on wall☹️ Older BW, but overall, kept clean and in good condition😀 Staff overall friendly, but much like Japanese, not engaging and communication is rough🤫 Was given 2 bottles of water when checking-in, which is BW standards😀 The one clerk who spoke English said to just ask for more each day. When we did, both times was told we needed to get out of vending machine😡 Room was NOT cleaned one day, We guess because we had don’t disturb sign on door till 10:10am until we left. They start their duties at 10am, I guess if they see sign at at that time, they pass you over for day😡 Three days, used coffee cups were not replaced😡 Overall, quiet around us for every night😀 Nice hot shower water with great pressure😀 TV is terrible, only CNN! Would be nice to at least have Japanese music channel😀 Beds were comfortable😀 No wash clothes, I was told they don’t use them here😳 We went out and bought our own bath Scrubby’s. Nice towels, you get two with two hand towels😬 No complementary coffee in the morning, that’s a first for us at BW😡 I hear good things about hot coffee vending machines here, put one in! Have breakfast for $1200 Yen I believe, did not try. We booked almost a month out, our room size was a large closet☹️ Simply had to walk sideways once you passed the bathroom door😡 Clothes had to be spread out on couch😡 Bathroom is SMALL☹️ The good news, we are discovering what Japan has to offer, so only in room to sleep🙄 Would I stay here again, “NO,” the amenities were just to week☹️ We are loyal BW guests and Diamond Select customers, we have come to expect a little more😬

東京オリンピック開催前に藤沢駅周辺にはホテルが数軒建ちました。その時期にオープンしたホテルのひとつです。立地は悪くありません。藤沢駅南口ロータリーから徒歩5分弱(信号待ちが長くても)です。ホテル1階に２４時間営業のセブンイレブン、2階にファミリーレストランのガスト、しゃぶ葉が入店して居ます。ホテルのフロントは4階にあります。客室は5階から13階です。 ガウンは各階のエレベーターロビーにあります。その他のアメニティは4階フロント脇にあるのが各自で持っていくスタイル。 部屋は至ってシンプル(褒め言葉)、客室とユニットバス、トイレスペースとの段差もありません。ベッド脇に日本のコンセントとUSB-Aのジャックがあります。Wi-Fiの他、有線LANがありとLANケーブルも部屋に常備してあります。テレビはネットテレビではありませんが、テレビが前向きに出てくるのでテレビ背面の空いているHDMIを利用して持ち込みのAmazon stickも利用出来ました。部屋のおすすめは海側です。山側は部屋のエアコンの室外機(海側の部屋の室外機も山側に集約)が窓外にあり若干視界が悪いです。 洗濯機と乾燥機は7階と11階にあります。洗濯機は洗剤、柔軟剤自動投入タイプで1回300円、乾燥機は30分100円です。現金100円玉専用で両替機はないので小銭がない場合はフロントで両替が必要です。12階などに電子レンジやジュースの自販機や製氷器もありましたが利用しませんでした。朝食は4階に専用スペースがあり40品目バイキングを大人1,100円こども550円で7:00〜10:00で利用できます。ワタシは利用しませんでした。ちなみに近くに吉野家、松屋、マクドナルド、富士そばもあります。 泊まった感想としては、至って快適で普通かなぁという感じです。湘南地域の観光の拠点、出張など様々なシーンで利用出来るホテルだと思います。
