We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. 2 adults and 1 kid. the hotel location is of course far from downtown tokyo, but that is a compromise we were willing to take to stay in a comfier and spacious room. there are two metro stations nearby (1 closer, other one a 20 minute walk away). Both walkways are passing through a mall and a covered pathway which has travelators installed. The nearby malls and cup noodle museum were great. lot of eating and dining options. and tōkyō downtown was a 40 minute subway ride. Overall a great stay. You can also get airport limousine from hotel reception level 1 and there are comfy sofas to wait for your checkin time or post checkout.

Excellent hotel. Although the room is large for Tokyo, there’s little room for clothing so you end up mostly living out of a suitcase. Also, toilet light came on automatically and was very bright - so using during the night was disturbing.

My wife and I enjoyed the stay at Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel. The hotel is next to the Yokohama Stations and 3 big department stores. There is a fresh market and many restaurants located at the basement shopping street. The hotel room is reasonably big, well-equipped and maintained. The hotel staff is very friendly. I would like to thank Miyazaki san. My wife was sick and Miyazaki san offered great help in looking for English English-speaking medical doctor for her. Miyazaki san sent us a message to follow up with my wife's health and offer room service for breakfast. It was really helpful and touching.

去東京玩耍，特意留了兩天給鎌倉，選擇了鎌倉王子酒店，去辦理入住的時候，5點左右，天已經黑了，跟着導航一直在爬坡走路，辦理入住以後，才發現，有個電梯，通完山下，酒店是真好啊，能看到富士山和大海，還有江之電，早餐太棒了，超喜歡，以後有機會去鎌倉，還住這家酒店！

MMan KiActually same trip with previous comment, we just made the booking separately for trying the hotel's breakfast for 1 day.
We paid for upgrading the room from studio to 1 bedroom one, a bit expensive but it's really worth for it. The room is clean and large, and with balcony that we can take great picture there, nice day and night view!! Since it's kind of service apartment, the kitchen tools are available for use, and there is a supermarket nearby the hotel, we bought food there (yummy Japanese beef...strawberry......etc.) and made sukiyaki ourselves as night snack. XD
Hotel has lounge for free coffee and tea, as well as gym room, the facilities are more than enough.
There are 2 style of set breakfast - Japanese style and West style, we chose Japanese's one and it's tasty, the fish is yum yum.

思思思賢 Chill My BabeThis hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a short 5-minute walk from Yokohama Station and surrounded by convenient shopping malls like New Woman and plenty of restaurants. Having a supermarket open until 11 PM on the ground floor was a huge plus. The room itself was clean, well-equipped, and offered good value for the price. Free amenities were available for self-pickup in the lobby, and they even offer parking coupons, which is great for drivers.
However, the language barrier proved to be a challenge. The staff's limited English proficiency made communication difficult, and they were unable to assist with restaurant reservations. Also, our room lacked a view, which wasn't a deal-breaker but worth noting.
Overall, the JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama is a solid choice for its convenience and value, but be prepared for potential communication difficulties and don't expect stunning views.

SSharondrnsMio figlio e io prenoto questo hotel perché abbiamo fatto un concerto vicino al K ARENA, è solo a 10 minuti a piedi da dove siamo stati, ci sono circa 7 undici intorno , starbucks e la Regina 1 & 2 è a 30 minuti a piedi per trovare più ristoranti e Mark È Mall.L'hotel è bello, abbiamo avuto un posto per riposare prima di poter controllare strictamente alle 3:00.Servizio amichevole e ci siamo divertiti colazione mattina.Le camere sono spaziose e mi piace il bagno. Vorrei consigliare molto questo posto con colazione .

Location is great, just few mins walk from exit station yokohama, with escalator access available. Yokohama is big city with easy access to tokyo, I highly recommend people coming to tokyo to stay in yokohama due to many factors!
I chose this room because the size is bigger compared to hotels in tokyo, which turn out to be great! The room has big windows, sofa, enough space to open big luggages. We really find this as huge benefit cz small room really limit your movement.
The amenities are available to pick up at lobby area, really convenient.
Room is clean, well maintained, modern.
Staff are friendly and efficient!
Excellent stay overall and I would definitely come back if I go japan again!

UUtente ospiteI booked a standard double room, and true indeed, the bed is a standard double bed, but the room is very tiny, hardly any place for opening luggage.
The hotel location is closer to the subway than JR station, but either which, is merely a few minutes walk away. There are plenty of eatery nearby, as well as mini-mart and combini, its location is good for visiting Red Brick Warehouse, and is some 15 minutes walk away from Chinatown. It's quiet, but at this moment, there are some renovation work ongoing next door, we were not affected though, after all, renovation work are carried out in daytime only, but trust the Japanese to reduce noise to very low level. The room itself has the general amenities, such as fridge, kettle, inoniser, bath robes etc, some to be collected in lobby (skin care, toothbrush etc), and there is also coin laundry services.

MMatty LWe stayed for the firework on NYE and this hotel delivered!! (Although I did go to the pier to enjoy it with the crowd). This hotel is located above Cross Gate which is a 3-4 level mall mainly of restaurants. I missed the info that they have a car park right under the building so I parked for an hour outside but that's fine. I wish it was multiple entries though. Car park is definitely challenging for bigger cars but manageable. Back to the hotel, it's typical Japanese size or even smaller if it's a two bed room. Breakfast was proper buffet style and I mean the room can fit maybe 30-40 tables if not more so you can imagine their offering is superb in both western and Japanese style. My only regret is I was too tired to walk and try each plate they offer!! Room is tiny but it can be excused by the view. Although I saw some constructions starting so the view might be blocked next time I come :( The only concern I had is that some lifts can connect to the mall bypassing the reception. So literally anyone could arrive to your door, which caught me by surprise a little.

The size was very decent for me. In addition, there was a 7-11 downstairs, which was very convenient. I will stay there again or recommend to my friends.
