Excellent location with the adjoining shopping outlets and Yokohama station

Great, but the hotel is old. If the TV connect VOD theater would be better. Also needs vending machines each floor? Anyway, it was good stay!!

Good location and lots of food to choose from. Very near to train station.

A beautiful hotel that's more or less right next to Shin-Yokohama station and within sight of Yokohama Arena. You can find a 7-11 on the ground floor, next to the elevators, while a direct link to the Prince PePe shopping center leads you to some eateries and a supermarket. It appears to be mostly frequented by business folk, at least when we visited in late November. Checking in was a smooth process with the friendly, English-speaking concierge. You'll want to grab some amenities such as washcloths, cotton pads, and shaving cream before taking the long elevator ride up to your room. We had a nice view overlooking the city seeing how we were past the 30th floor, though said view gets better once you head to the top for teppanyaki or the lovely lounge. Visit the latter at dusk to soak in the panoramic sight and count passing trains while you sip on house cocktails and savor their beef tagliata. Or maybe treat yourself to a dram of Hibiki 25 -- you deserve it. The double room is more business than leisure, though clean and comfortable enough to relax in after a long day out. There's a safe and a mini-fridge, as well as an air-conditioning remote mounted on the wall, and a room control panel by the bedside. There's also a table right by the TV that could pass as a work desk (with accompanying chair) if needed, though I much prefer the sofa by the windows so I can ruminate on my choices while at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. I should also mention that the housekeeping staff are incredibly warm and friendly should you cross paths. It's these little things that make a stay enjoyable, you know? Excellent value and a definite return should Yokohama ever be on the itinerary again.

A bit old and vintage hotel.

The breakfast service and food were good. I think the hotel is near to a hospital, keep hearing siren at night.

Great location as its close to the Shin-Yokohama station. Plenty of options for food from fast-food Japanese style to proper restaurants. Room has a great view and very clean.

設施：衞生間的確比便宜酒店大，洗澡舒服，我很看重。但是床睡得很不舒服。 衞生：超級臟，臟到朋友尋麻疹犯了。不打掃房間，垃圾沒人收。 環境：離新橫濱很近，但是太近了，導致晚上會被列車聲吵得睡不着。 服務：住了兩晚，不打掃房間就算了，連垃圾都不收。就值800兩人含早餐，再貴都不值得。而且神奈川最近總直下，住這麼高很害怕。

요코하마 아레나를 간다면 이보다 좋은 위치으ㅏ 호텔은 없습니다! 조식도 맛나고 뷰도 너무 좋았어요 다음에도 이 호텔을 선택해도 후회 없을거같습니다

眼科の手術後の為に宿泊しました、部屋もエレベーターの近くにして下さり、移動に楽でした。窓からの景色も癒されました、ありがとうございました。　お部屋も狭いですが、必要なものは揃っていて、綺麗でした。クルーズのお部屋みたいな感じです。

日産スタジアムでのイベントに参加するため宿泊しました。余りの暑さで熱中症になりかけてしまったので、チェックイン時間前に入室出来ないか問い合せたところ、丁寧に対応いただきました。 お部屋は少し年代を感じさせますが、清潔に保たれており快適でした。３２階だったこともあり、夜景は最高でした。 また、朝食ブッフェはステーキやオムレツを目の前で作ってくれるので、ライブ感も高級感もあってもちろんお味もとっても良かったです。 駐車場も１日1000円24時間出し入れできる便利さ、なによりスタッフさんの気遣いが嬉しかったです。チェックインの時に「ライブ楽しんでくださいね」と言っていただいて、チェックアウトの時に「行ってらっしゃい」と声がけくださったので、またイベントの折には新横浜プリンスホテルさんに泊まりたいと思いました。
