Good attitude & services

Intercontinental hotel is very good 👍 I really amazed the cleanliness and the amenities is so good i like there shampoo and body soap really good and good smell but the location is far for my 3yrs old baby to go to the theme park because we need to walk for 10mins but over all it was great stay thank you!

It was super nice trip.

This is my second visit, what I would say is I was really lucky last time that I booked random classic room via trip.com and I was assigned the minamimirai city+harbour view 2single bed room (which is the most exp one in non suite guest room) , this time I booked for the same view but a double bed and the room is smaller. The room is still so perfect for chill vacation. Nice walk to park or JR station in early winter, convenience shop nearby , everything is fine. Do book for Spa some weeks earlier, I just missed it this time. Hope to return in near future.

Everything was good here. Security was excellent to prevent any unnecessary mainlanders from entering. They all wanted to see the hotel. Quite annoying actually.

One of the best hotels I had visited in Japan, with excellent location and views, staff there are very nice and helpful, will visit this hotel again in the future.

房間舒適，用具考究，海景無敵，交通便利。對面是海濱碼頭和觀光船停靠處，下面是購物商場和餐廳，走5分鐘就是紅磚倉庫，走15分鐘可到港未來、摩天輪、山下公園等。酒店門頭隱蔽，低調奢華，鬧中取靜，非常愜意。

很棒的酒店，設施很新，景觀很好，跟其他景點很近，有很多食店在附近，全都不用排隊跟預約，又平宜又好食，樓下有7-11，食得太飽買一個蔬菜沙冰食。酒店有代客泊車，到check out時，走到門口，他們已經泊好車在門口等，很好，會再來。
