Nice hotels with good locations, first we've got our room but the air con didnt work well, and the door's key was broken. so i made complaint to the reception, they checked and move us to a better room. Nice service and place to stay. Will definitely come back here to stay when i am in Yogyakarta

It would be better to change the name of the hotel since it's not situated in Malioboro street.

The room is clean and big enough for the two of us. However, the water piping is leaking and also the sound proof is terribly bad. I can clearly hear the voices from outside the corridor. If you are a light sleeper like me, it is not recommended to stay here.

We stayed on 14 - 16 february and booked our room with Agoda and the room was a good size, the hotel is beautiful and has all the amenities, so we applaud their environment. The front desk staff were very nice. Especially Heru, who arranged our trips and acted our tour driver . He took us trip to Borobudur , mount Merapi and Prambanan because on as we were not familiar with Yogyakarta. he also helped us to contact and book hotel at bromo , very patient and enthusiastic, emphasized all the details. It was a great pleasure to meet Heru.

I booked a 5 star hotel to ensure there are the full facilities. When I arrived the pool and gym were under maintenance. I complained to Trip as they and the hotel should inform guests of this when they book. When Trip raised this with the hotel, the hotel refused to offer any level of compensation. So for this reason, they receive a low score. I also told Trip they need to change their T&C’s.
