Great location and clean rooms except the smilling

Location is good, many shops and restaurants at a walking distance. Room was spacious and nice. Temperature was OK. Breakfast was mostly Local Chinese , almost nothing like a western style. Generally the staff was nice even if they speak a very little English but they try to manage it.

We enjoyed our stay in this centrally located property. Although the reception attendants were unable to interact in English, they took time to understand our concerns and provide solutions. Breakfast was available with a large variety of items but few vegan options to select from.

The hotel is a bit older but really clean. The hotel stuff is polite and very helpful. The breakfast is typical Chinese. Coffee is ok. Restaurant are a lot around the hotel, also shopping mall.

還行吧。看起來是比較有年頭的，酒店房間特別大，可以翻跟頭。服務方面也是比較有年頭的理論，比如説需要按金，比如酒店除了兩瓶礦泉水，所有的其他包括浴缸套都需要單獨付費。再比如早餐小童需要付費。真的已經跟不上時代了。

酒店的位置很好，到萬達廣場、盼盼路、通惠門市場皆可步行抵達。在預訂平台如果可以把貴賓樓、商務樓區分的更明晰可能更好。酒店的早餐必須稱讚一下，種類很多，且都很可口，酸菜汆白肉和豆腐腦的鹵稍微有點兒鹹。

房間可以，早餐豐富，經常有魚有肉，這可是硬菜啊，但常常是不同的魚混一起，有是剩菜的感覺，不知道為什麼？衞生間的水龍頭把柄開的時候，背部會碰牆（大理石），感覺很彆扭，有點不順手，不方便的感覺。

今天我給衞生、環境、服務都打了低分。主要原因是早餐的時候，有人在抽煙，當時用餐的有孩子、女士等，對有人在餐廳抽煙的行為，服務員不但沒有制止，反而給送了煙灰缸。《公共場所衞生管理條例實施細則》第十八條明確：室內公共場所禁止吸煙。

到營口出差，經常入住該酒店，酒店在市中心位置，周邊購物、吃飯都方便，前台服務熱情，早餐品種不少，有免費的停車場，下次還會入住。

早餐餛飩不熱乎，速凍口感不好，主要温的口感更不好吃了，房間設施還可以，有的水龍頭有噪音，還是檢查一下

房間超級大，每次入住都挺舒服，除了有點悶熱，打掃衞生的阿姨服務態度也很好，讓人很愉悦，總體非常滿意。隔壁不遠就是萬達。

かなり大きい部屋で、1人では逆に使いにくかったかもしれません。テレビが遠く、、ソファーは組み立てておいて欲しかったかな。。
