房間乾淨整潔，礦泉水供應充足，智能電視馬桶，大堂寬敞明亮，全自動咖啡機免費喝，入住辦理迅速服務態度好，大堂有智能存行李櫃，酒店對面有各種小吃，交通方便，距離東站打車8元。住宿體驗很好👍

選這間全季是因為附近交通部便利，離宜昌博物館和宜昌東站位置適中。我住過幾次全季，這次體驗最佳，設施很新，乾淨衞生，工作人員彬彬有禮，還幫忙拿行李，贊！

挺不錯的，200出頭可以住到全季，一直也很放心住全季口碑很好。加上地理位置便利，對面就是小吃街也不會很吵鬧。

酒店衞生條件可以，前台服務員態度熱情，酒店對面商鋪廣場都有，方便吃飯逛街，但是沒找到吃牛肉包的地方，可惜了

房間很大，衞生間也很乾凈，入住非常的舒適，早餐也很豐富，雖然品種不算太多，但是該有的基本上都有。周邊購物就餐都很方便，停車是免費的很便捷。酒店一樓大堂有免費的自助咖啡和茶……

最讓人不太滿意的是前台一個很瘦很高的男孩子，一行4人定了一間大床一間雙床，這個男前台上來就問：怎麼住？考慮到雖然酒店是為了安全性提問，但是這種説話方式給顧客非常不好的印象，有點感覺被冒犯了，怎麼，和家人出來住個酒店還要被問怎麼住嗎？一個連鎖不算差的酒店前台就這個服務？恕我不太懂。
最後就是空調風口很大，讓前台來弄一下，還是那個瘦高個男前台來弄結果把空調扇葉弄掉了，也不跟顧客説一聲就悶聲出去半天回來才知道是找梯子，期間也不跟顧客説換房間，還讓本就有急事的顧客一直等着弄好，最後還是我自己提出要換房間。
床睡的還可以，瘦高個男前台服務很不好，體驗也很不好！不知道那個前台叫什麼，非常瘦非常高，問答多培訓下服務吧。
