Il servizio del personale dell'hotel è pessimo, l'ospitalità è estremamente scortese, dopo aver soggiornato per tre giorni ho chiesto il cambio delle lenzuola e delle federe, la reception è stata molto d'accordo ma in realtà non le ha cambiate, la colazione era molto scarso e aveva solo pochi piatti. Era particolarmente disordinato quando c'erano molte persone. Il Wi-Fi di notte era molto scarso. Il Fi è particolarmente lento e la stanza è molto piccola. Se avete lo stesso prezzo vi consiglio di scegliere un altro albergo.

Everything was great. Very central location, the staff is helpful and speaks English (front desk), descent breakfast. The room is comfortable, just the walls are a little thin maybe.

Great living experience and clean hotel. Good convenient downtown location. All places of interest are within walking distance, I would feel more comfortable if the front desk team was a bit more literate with their command of English.

Nice place in the centre of Yerevan. Staff were all very friendly (especially Lili), gave me restaurant recommendations and helped me order a taxi to the airport when I left. Would recommend especially to foreigners who can’t speak Russian or Armenian like me.
