No elevator. Breakfast was a joke, rock hard biscuits eggs dried out and not very many of them and raw bacon

We had a long day of traveling, only to find a giant cockroach in the bathroom. And I mean huge- biggest I’ve ever seen not in a tank at a zoo. Was still alive. Called the front desk. No apologies, just move us to a room across the hall. Whole hotel smells of smoke and dinginess. No elevator even though there’s two floors. Will never return.
