Very friendly reception. Very cooperative staff. Room service to be improved. Cleanliness hygiene is very good.

No hot water, damaged furniture, bathroom is not clean & roof is also in very bad condition, room wall also not paint very bad condition

Staff was good and helpful, room was clean but need improvement, not provided mineral water i had to purchase 2 mineral water bottles which is cost rs 60.

They allow me temporary room when i check-in very early at 8:30 am. But other than this, no take away. The room was congested not clean. I guessed best hotel is pal-ash inn where i earlier stayed. So no no to this hotel.
