Hotel vicini a Pupput a Yasmine Hammamet

Beautiful hotel. lovely garden and outdoor pool. Spa facilities was amazing. Indoor pool warm and relaxing. Delicious food every day with lots of variation. Friendly staff especially the waiters. Close to beach, supermarket, bar and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it and return.

On a passer un agréable séjour la chose qui nous a marqué vraiment la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du barman HICHEM et le serveur MOHAMED ils étaient du soir pendant notre séjour du 26/01 au 28/01 on reviendras rien que pour les voir de nouveau je vous dis merci beaucoup et à la prochaine

Bella l'animazione e tutto lo staff organizzato bene buono da mangiare la piscina bella e grande camere ottime e tutto luxori ti danno da bere e mangiare gratis c'è uno spazio di sport e molto grande .

Second tier resort with ok facilities but poor room cleaning. Stayed for 3 days in early October, booked direct with full board (includes buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner and drinks at meal times). Most people are all inclusive. No wines by the glass and their cheapest (bad; 1st bottle was corked) rose was 13.5€. Weather was OK- warm but some cloud and wind. Staff especially in the restaurant and the entertainment team work hard. Food was OK - self serve icecream, desserts, pizza and pasta were great. Would have been bored of food if we stayed for a week. Food variety not as good as in Turkey. Pool and beach jetty were nice and slides were fun- we all got some minor scrapes. Hotel is aged although public areas are in ok condition. Biggest let down was the state of the room - adjoining room for the kids was great but the rooms were poorly cleaned; hairs on floors, sheets and in cupboards and the walls and floor needed a good clean. My wife was depressed spending time in the room as she likes things clean. Really needed a deep clean. House keeping never made up our room over our 2 night stay despite having a make up my room sign on the door. Price was reasonable though - next time would pay more for somewhere nicer and/or cleaner but could be worth it if you get a bargain and aren't so fussed about room cleanliness.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel con i nostri figli e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e piacevolmente colpiti dalla pulizia, dalla gentilezza e disponibilità del personale sempre attento a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. L' eccellenza raggiunta dall' animazione, coinvolgente e allo stesso tempo rispettosa della libertà di partecipare alle attività proposte.

Sono sicuro che questo hotel aggiungerà presto un'altra stella alla sua classificazione.Abbiamo goduto di un sacco di privacy perché non era alta stagione, quindi abbiamo avuto la piscina interna riscaldata per noi stessi. abbiamo anche ricevuto alcuni auspici aggiuntivi per i nostri pasti e abbiamo offerto anche servizi a organizzare i nostri viaggi di giorno da soli, invece di essere venduti solo a tour guidati

Hotel molto pulito, il personale della reception, bar e colazioni: accogliente, estremamente gentile e disponibile. La camera ben arredata, spaziosa, pulita. Idem per il bagno. Ho chiesto una camera dalla parte interna del giardinetto, é silenziosa. Arredamento fresco e delicato, luminoso per le bellissime vetrate e un tocco di colore e gentilezza con i fiori e le piante. Angolo biblioteca vicino alla sala colazioni. Bar con divani, tavolini e grande televisore piatto a muro. Belle le stufe riscaldanti a fiamma libera, coreografiche. La cosa più bella di cui vorrei informare i lettori della recensione, riguarda la generosità, ospitalità e grande gentilezza della proprietaria (che parla italiano): mi sono trovata in difficoltà per una dissenteria e lei, insieme al suo personale, mi hanno fatto sentire a Casa. Mi hanno persino offerto del riso nonostante l'albergo non effettui i pasti, ma il BeB. Sono molto grata alla proprietaria, anima gentile con un grande cuore. Se ora sto meglio é grazie anche a lei. Consiglierei questo albergo a tutti coloro che arrivano ad Hammamet, questa città é molto diversa dall'Italia ma in questo albergo ti puoi sentire sicuro, coccolato, in un ambiente che non si discosta da uno dei migliori alberghi italiani.

Stayed here for a week in February 2024. Last minute deal. First time in tunisia, and wasn't disappointed. As you enter the hotel, the reception area is just a wow factor. And the welcome even better. Mr Salah, Emna and her look slike Sameh were brilliant. Stayed in a junior suite, on the 3rd floor, with terrace overlooking the gardens, pools and the Mediterranean. Room was lovely. 2 x 4ft twins, lovely bathroom with all you need, from hair dryers to Bath, separate shower, free toiletries etc. Literally a dressing room with loads of space and coat hangers! Coffee making. Mini bar, all inclusive and topped up every day. Safe, dressing gowns and slippers. Bedroom was large and airy, with sofa, table, chairs, big tv. Terrace has a day bed, table chairs and drying line. Very good and comprehensive meals, and superb, strong coffee. The bar service was great, although I drank mainly red wine! Spotless! Clean public bathrooms, and nothing too much trouble. If you wanted to go into hammamett, you do need a taxi. But the cost was never anymore than about 10 dinar. (£2.50). Always ask for the meter to be put on. Usual scallywags in the new medina (Jasmina), trying to fleece you. But old medina and Fort was glorious. Sunny for 4 days, about 25, cloudy or drizzle the other 3. The hotel also has 3 little, but well stocked shops, . At good prices. Had to use the Dr's there once, due to an ongoing foot injury. Fast efficient service. Came to hotel. About £25.(100 dinar). Cannot recommend the blue oceana highly enough, and returning in October for more pampering, and Emnas smile. Hamish.

Sono stata una settimana al Diar con mio marito. Partiti subito male all' accoglienza negandoci categoricamente una semplice richiesta al bar perché era chiuso da 2 minuti (mentre sotto ai nostri occhi altri clienti seduti ai tavoli venivano serviti). Tutte le parti comuni sono poco pulite, nello specifico ristorante e bar. Ho assistito a scene come giro della tovaglia al tavolo, anziché sostituzione, fatto con disinvoltura dal cameriere. Ho visto posate cadute per terra, raccolte e rimesse tra le altre ”pulite”, pensando di non essere visti. Buffet completamente lasciati incustoditi, dove bambini e adulti prendevano con le mani il cibo e lo riponevano nei vassoi (soprattutto al buffet degli antipasti, insalate, dolci e gelato). Dopo aver segnalato più volte ai responsabili i problemi, non vi è stato miglioramento alcuno, se non peggioramento: sbeffeggiati da molti del personale e serviti, durante gli ultimi giorni, con fare molto scontroso, soprattutto al bar. Per andare in camera, nelle scale, abbiamo ”incontrato” uno scarafaggio molto grosso, e siccome a me fanno ribrezzo, non ho fatto in tempo a far la foto! La piscina è molto piccola, posto per non più di 15 lettini. Parliamo ora della spiaggia: molto sporca, mal tenuta. Basti pensare che i nostri bicchieri delle bibite prese il giorno prima li abbiamo ritrovati allo stesso posto il giorno dopo, sotto all' ombrellone. Unica nota positiva è la stanza, grande e tenuta pulita dalla signora che si occupava di essa. Peccato che di notte i rumori dei locali vicini impedissero di dormire tranquillamente. La cosa che mi rammarica di più è aver speso pensando di andare in un 4 stelle, mentre ritengo che i servizi, il personale molto poco professionale e la struttura meritino molto meno. Aggiungo anche che siamo soliti andare spesso a Hurghada, Sharm, Marocco, durante l' anno, dunque la mia lamentela non è quella della turista italiana viziata o poco aperta mentalmente. Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto.
