1. 訂房時看到房間都可吸煙，備註了安排沒有煙味的房間，進房間一聞有煙味，然而床頭擺着請勿吸煙的牌子。
2. 停車場的停車桿感應經常不好用，要給前台打電話抬桿。
3. 房間安排在電梯口，房間門極其不隔音，小孩子在走廊裏跑來跑去還有其他人在電梯門口大聲喊叫房間裏聽的一清二楚。
4. 看着房間都挺小的特意選的商務大床房，結果沒有桌子也沒有椅子。
5. 打電話給前台加床被子，跟我説沒有多的被子。我很不解這麼大連鎖酒店連一條小的單人被都沒有多的嗎？然後説幫我找一下送過來。過了一會送了一個沒有套被罩的被芯…
6. 唯一好評給餐廳的工作人員，特別熱情。

走進酒店大堂，裝修得豪華又大氣，工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住速度很快，還貼心地給我介紹了酒店的設施和周邊好玩的地方。
房間更是讓我驚喜，空間寬敞明亮，佈置得温馨又舒適。床鋪超級柔軟，睡起來特別香。房間裏的設施也很齊全，智能馬桶、大尺寸電視、高速無線網絡一應俱全，簡直是應有盡有。衞生間乾淨整潔，洗浴用品品質也很高，味道很好聞。
酒店的餐飲也值得一提，早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道也很不錯，能滿足不同客人的口味需求。
這次入住體驗非常愉快，下次來這邊還會選擇這家酒店，強烈推薦給大家！

第一次入住麗楓酒店，非常超預期，進門就非常熱情的打招呼，鑫鑫小姐姐看我們兩個女孩入住還給我們免費升級了房間，詢問我們是否需要美食攻略，推薦的都非常好吃😋對於不愛做攻略的姐妹真的狠狠的愛住了，房間也很大很乾凈，客房姐姐們也很熱情很禮貌！下次還會選擇這裏～

第一次到延吉，定了這家酒店
一進門前台小夥子熱情招待，還幫我們升級了房間
非常感謝。
設施：兩個衞生間也是驚喜到我們了，而且客廳和卧室是分離的，有家的感覺
衞生：很好，打掃的很乾凈。而且打掃衞生的阿姨也很細心
環境：超乎我們想象，酒店很大，房間很多，隔音效果也很好👍
服務：完全一百分，沖這服務下次一定還定這家酒店
延吉人民真的很熱情很仗義！

超乎想象的好！想着新開的裝修肯定好，沒想到還這麼智能：智能窗簾、智能感應馬桶 ，超大的電視，連洗澡都是自動播放輕音樂🎵，還有巨棒的服務👍，攜程下單，前台幫我們免費升級了房間，環境也超好，一進門就聞到清新的味道，還有每一個工作人員的一聲“您好”，是我住酒店有史以來最好的一次服務。下次還會繼續選擇麗楓酒店👍

酒店很新，就乾乾淨淨的，洗護用品很滿意，對面就是萬達，去去超市很方便的，出門麼反正延吉出租多，不用手機打，方便的很，去哪裡都不會很遠。
早餐品種該有的都有了，服務人員都很和善親切，性價比很高。

位置：離延吉西站非常近，延吉本身就小 ，市中心堵車，沒必要住中心，打車去網紅牆也要不了多少錢。旁邊有一個非常大的萬達裏面有一家超市，可以購買到想要的特產，其實和西市場的東西大差不差，不喜歡講價的i人更喜歡逛超市，除非你要買一些特別當地的東西還是去西市場吧。
房間：算是住過的麗楓裏面比較小的，不過一個人出來玩也無所謂，前台給升級了房間。酒店有洗衣機但是衹有兩個，猜測旺季應該是很難排上隊。這家是2024新開的所以有智能馬桶，但是沒有全屋智能（沒有小度）。
總之，如果是在延吉周邊玩比如去二道白河長白山圖們琿春，住這裏很方便，因為靠近西站。有機會還會來的。
