I've been to Yangzhou several times for business reasons but by far my stay at this hotel has been the best. The hotel is quite new and has great facilities. The rooms are big and perfect for working and the breakfast buffet and fitness room are great additions. I want to make a very special remark on the outstanding customer care service delivered by Miss.Nancy ( the front desk manager). Her top quality help provided in order to overtake all the language barriers has made our business trip the most comfortable one so far. We will have to go back Yangzhou in the future again and from now on this hotel is going to be our first choice for sure.

I had a very good stay in this hotel.  Most of the time, Mrs. Yao Zhang, who I think was the manager of the hotel, stood in front and always tried to meet the needs of the guests, and I was very impressed by her good behavior.  Everything in the hotel was great.  Breakfast was good.  The hotel staff were very polite and helpful in all departments.  I have been to many hotels in Yangzhou, but this one was exceptionally well managed.

Location is good but the difficult to get into the hotel as cars were parking outside blocking the entrance. Check in was easy, room was clean and tidy but would prefer a bit of view at windows

Good location, simple set up, good staff and services, breakfast is just ok.

The hotel was closer to the Yangzhou East Railway Station and has access to a lot of venues and places of interests. The rooms were well appointed and clean. Most of all, the staff were gracious in extending any assistance that we required.

it is very clean and breakfast is delicious. the only thing that unsatisfied is the internet. which is slow.

來揚州必住酒店，交通方便，從揚州東站坐 K2 公交車到市民中心下車，過馬路就到。酒店設施齊全，房間寬敞整潔，空調和熱水充足，服務細心周到，特別感謝小凡和小田的熱情服務。酒店早餐十分豐盛，下次來揚州還會住這裏

來揚州住希爾頓歡朋已經是第四次了，飯店很貼心的升等房型，幾次住的樓層也不一樣，但是窗外景色都不錯，重要的是房價合適還附兩人早餐，還是下次旅遊商務入住首選。

性價比很高，位置稍有一點偏，但是比較安靜，出去玩打個車也挺方便，對面有個韻河夜市，晚上可以吃吃逛逛，帶了小朋友，前台送了小禮物，小朋友很喜歡

舒適的環境，更能感受到家一般的温暖。 酒店的服務人員更是熱情周到。他們總是面帶微笑，耐心解答你的每一個問題。無論你需要什麼幫助，他們都會第一時間解決。 早餐也是絕對不能錯過的。品種豐富，口味多樣，從傳統的中式早餐到西式自助，應有盡有。 酒店還準備了精美的入住禮。 總的來説，這家酒店無論是從環境、服務還是餐飲方面，都堪稱一流。

酒店寬敞明亮，進門冷氣也開的足足的。因為到的早，前台小姐姐小凡和姜姜也很快給安排了入住，還升級了房間，給小朋友準備了禮物。退房時還能主動提供礦泉水。整體滿意。

交通便利，距離東站不到十分鐘路程。環境，相對比較乾淨，整潔。因為臨時有事，服務員小田特地幫忙申請了延遲退房。服務態度蠻好

房間乾淨整潔，面積大。工作人員服務態度非常積極，賓客經理阿紫主動聯繫把遺留在房間的充電器寄給我，很暖心。 電視如果可以投屏就好了，目前衹能看直播，選擇性較少。

前台小凡服務態度很好，很喜歡伴手禮，第二天退房遇到了下雨，然後前台的小姐姐還給了個小毛巾，真的很貼心！！
