One of the best customer service from the front desk that I have experienced in a long time. 石妍艳 (I think her name is Arial) upgraded my Tatami room to a large king size room and she personally lead us to the room. She added me to her Wechat and forwarded some food guides in Yangzhou. The room is clean. Location is excellent if you want to visit the Dongguan Old Street and the many restaurants within walking distant. She offered to deliver some desserts to our room int he evening. Upon checking out, there was a gift waiting for us. It was a box of the famous candy from Yangzhou. Thanks to 石妍艳 and her colleague for their nice hospitality and gestures.

My whole stay at this one of the best ones i’ve ever stayed. Staff are all very friendly and approachable. And almost all of them are courteous towards me and my family. One of the Staffer, Wan Bin, was meticulous in handling my case and handled it professionally. Overall, the stay, food and and hotel staff is very helpful. This stay is highly recommended.

I've been to Yangzhou several times for business reasons but by far my stay at this hotel has been the best. The hotel is quite new and has great facilities. The rooms are big and perfect for working and the breakfast buffet and fitness room are great additions. I want to make a very special remark on the outstanding customer care service delivered by Miss.Nancy ( the front desk manager). Her top quality help provided in order to overtake all the language barriers has made our business trip the most comfortable one so far. We will have to go back Yangzhou in the future again and from now on this hotel is going to be our first choice for sure.

SSajadWe were there 2 nights for business trip, the hotel front desk were amazing really they are great,also all staff they were very polite and kindness, the room clneas ,amenities, all things were good.we arrived late about 10 PM and they prepared to us a delicious noodles, also our ticket was 4 o'clock and we were tired the hotel let us be there till 3 pm instead of 12.
We recommend this hotel to every one they are wonderful

The location is near afew famous tourist street. However, the bus stop to take the bus to the railway station is at a location that requires you to go through one of these streets. The pavement on these streets are uneven and rough, making it difficult for you to move through with your luggage.
Cleanliness:
The room is quite clean. The hairdryer holder have afew strands of hair from previous users but otherwise, no issue with cleanliness. If you click on the switch to request room to be tidied up when you are out, they will tidy up the room for you nicely and even replenish the supplies you’ve used like bedroom slippers, toothbrush, etc.
Service:
The staff are friendly and Informative. They make sure to notify you of where each item you need are located. They helped to store my cake in the fridge for me so that it won’t turn bad during my stay there. If you order delivery, you can request for the driver to place the food on the counter and notify the staff. They will bring the food to your room.
Amenities:
The firmness of the bed and pillows are just right, ensuring that I sleep comfortably. I’m not sure if the hair dryer is legit as I do not own one. The hair dryer makes my hair more dry but it blows dry quickly. There’s no hair condition so please bring your own if needed. I have oily scalp so their shampoo wasn’t too my liking but I do like their shower gel. Their disposable toothbrush is very soft, even sensitive gums can use it. The TV is very big and there are vip subscription for all the Chinese streaming apps, allowing my friend to enjoy her favourite TV Drama series.
Overall, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

UUtente ospiteThe Blossom House is clean, stylishly furnished throughout, and very well run, by efficient staff who offered a genuinely caring service which made us feel at home. It is conveniently located in a quiet corner of a large, up market compound with many eateries, pubs and even a Starbucks that opens till 10pm, and is situated by the Slender Lake which is picturesque beyond words. In early summer the air was always so fresh and we could hear the birds sing on the balcony in the morning. The hotel also has a well equipped 24-hour self-service laundry room which is especially convenient to us.
Special thanks to Emma and her team who have looked after us very well, always with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble.
Yangzhou is a beautiful historic city which is relatively unspoiled. It is very rich in culture and the locals are nice and friendly. This was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. We shall return to this wonderful city and hotel!

La gente scelta è la reconstruzione del ghiaccio vicino alla strada Dongguan di Yangzhou. Ha trasformato il palazzo da un uomo di centinaia di anni, la casa di Zhang Zhang, un guardiano culturale di Yangzhou. Ora è stato riparato all'origine, mantiene lo stile di architettura di Yangzhou e integrato in elementi di progettazione moderni, formando uno spazio estetico umano orientale caldo e pieno di respiro culturale.

Mangiare il tè prima di latte in bocca, guardare il paesaggio del giardino fuori dalla finestra, l'ombra dell'albero, il verde, il cortile profondo, il cortile superiore, il caffè, è molto divertente, è anche possibile bere il tè in Yuan 1 spazio 🍵, il cortile 🏡 bere il tè 🫖, non ha un gusto.
Traffico 🌟
Situato a Dongjiang Port, la porta è la stazione di autobus, l'altra parte è la strada Pie City, la posizione centrale dell'intero viaggio di Yangzhou.Quoi e quali attrazioni sono vicine.

MMaomao684酒店整體環境挺好的，古色古香的，房間的裝修設施也都是古風；基本上很安靜，平時還能偶遇小貓咪，還是很有度假feel的；套餐內温泉衹能選一種，這個有點可惜，希望今後可以每次有多餘選項；早餐是套餐，總體還可以，但服務不行：不主動告知早餐內容，還提供飲料、周、花茶、麪包啥的你不問就不給，問了還一臉厭煩（雖然理解只有一個人忙前忙後，但服務差就是差）；前台服務還可以，相對屬於樸實風，但是有求必應，會把客人説過的話記心上，這點很好！要保持！

Jjoseph grayLa posizione è buona vicino al Parco di Donghu Wetland (distanza passeggiata), anche se è difficile andare in giro se non hai una macchina. Il posto è grande, e si ottiene un balcone con la tua stanza. È anche tranquillo. Purtroppo, il giorno in cui me ne andai, il mio autista di didi/taxi mi è finito di sprecare il mio tempo per 30 minuti (egli mi ha continuato a guidare lontano da me, non so perché) e poi mi ha cancellato e mi ha fatto perdere il treno (Sono sicuro che il personale dell'hotel mi ricorda di esplodere con lui al telefono nel lobby) L'hotel era abbastanza buono da organizzare un giro per me (ancora non ho fatto il treno in tempo). Fortunatamente, ho potuto prendere un altro treno, mentre dovevo lavorare alle 7 del mattino, ma è un bel hotel per i soldi, ma vorrei che il trasporto da lì fosse un po' più affidabile/frequente.

about the hotel: the upgraded room was nice and big, got a nice window, nice a/c, comfy sofa. If I have to point at something I do not particuarly like is the bathroom: I'm not fond of the toilet and bathroom facilities made of that sort of hardened plastic, feels/looks weird to me.
Position is also nice, there are a bunch of hotels in the area and there's a shopping mall close by, I had dinner close to the hotel and it was delicious (seafood restaurant), it's also on a reasonable walking distance from one of the entrances of the slender west lake (I went to the night opening, entrance ticket is not cheap (120 rmb) but I think the park at night wasn't bad at all). Beside that you can hop on the bas stop which is just nearby to get to the station to one side or the old town to the other, transportation is quite convenient (also because the city itself is not that big).
anyway, I enjoyed my stay, the room size is definitely very generous and I would totally stay again and recommend it.

KKristi MarconiThe resort grounds are beautiful. The room was great with the outside tub. It was very far from town and we could not get a Didi to come there so we had to take a bus to go to splendid west lake. I booked a room that said it came with free flow mini bar, fishing, biking and entry into the wetlands. There was no minibar and when I asked, they brought us two bags of chips and sodas. This is not what I call free flow or a bar. I complained to trip and they eventually sent us a bottle of wine. I never received any info about the fishing or biking, even though I asked. There is no entry fee to the wetlands so I’m not sure why they put this as a perk. Also, the bar out front was closed and the lobby bar only had fruit beer. There was a sign with 20 drinks listed but everything was out. The restaurant was amazing and the most positive experience. Great food and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant had beverages but they do not open until 6 PM. I would not stay here again based on my experience.

DDeirstarEra ben decorata e tranquilla per la maggior parte del tempo, e il posto era difficile da trovare, proprio dietro la vecchia città nella zona residenziale, così tanti passeggiati in piccole strade. Fortunatamente alcune ragazze sono uscite mentre stavo per andarmene e sapevo come accedere al manager.
Wifi era terribile e la stanza si sentiva fredda e vasca con il pesce dipinto su una parete. Dopo la pioggia, la stanza si scioglie terribile. Non aspettare sciarpe o tessuti. Non mi ha aiutato a pagare tanto quanto un buon hotel perché era 1 giorno prima di una vacanza pubblica.
