MMurray FamilyDurante il nostro recente viaggio a Yangzhou, abbiamo avuto il piacere di rimanere alla Ramada Encore da Wyndham Yangzhoudong Station. Il vicino allo stazione ferroviaria di questo hotel ci ha reso una scelta ideale, perché volevamo un soggiorno comodo e confortevole.
Quando siamo arrivati, siamo stati immediatamente saluti da un gentiluomo che ci ha offerto gentilmente di aiutarci con il nostro bagaglio, e questo piccolo gesto ha posto il tono del servizio eccezionale che abbiamo ricevuto durante il nostro soggiorno. I membri del personale dell'hotel erano incredibilmente amichevoli e si sono spostati per farci sentire a casa.
Per il nostro piacere, i nostri due figli erano sorpresi da bellissimi orsi di tè come regali di benvenuto. Era un gesto dolce e pensativo che li faceva sentire immediatamente speciali. Il processo di check-in è stato rapido ed efficiente, permettendoci di sistemarsi nella nostra stanza senza alcun problema.
Parlando della stanza, era pulita, fresca e ben mantenuta. Viaggiavamo con i nostri due figli, e l’hotel aveva già preparato un cappotto per nostra figlia, assicurandosi che tutti avessero un posto confortevole per riposare. La stanza era dotata di una varietà di bevande e di acqua, che è stata molto apprezzata dopo un lungo viaggio. La connessione a Internet è stata eccellente, permettendoci di rimanere collegati con i cari.
Nel corso del nostro tempo a Ramada Encore, il più emerso è stato l’eccezionale amicizia dei membri del personale, che ci hanno sempre salutati con un sorriso caldo e sono stati davvero interessati a rendere la nostra permanenza memorabile. La loro attenzione e professionalità hanno effettivamente avuto un impatto positivo sulla nostra esperienza.
In generale, abbiamo apprezzato la nostra permanenza presso la stazione ferroviaria Wyndham Yangzhoudong, nella Ramada Encore, e la posizione conveniente, insieme al personale amichevole e alla comoda camera, ci ha reso una scelta di standout. Senza dubbio, preferiremmo restare in questo hotel di nuovo per la nostra prossima visita a Yangzhou.

La posizione è vicina a una famosa strada turistica, ma l'autobus fermato per prendere l'autobus alla stazione ferroviaria è in una posizione che richiede di attraversare una di queste strade. Il pavimento su queste strade è ineguale e brutto, rendendo difficile per voi passare con il bagaglio.

La stanza è pulita, il secchio ha poche spiagge di capelli da precedenti utenti, ma altrimenti non c'è problema di pulizia. Se clicchi sul commutatore per chiedere la camera da mettere in aria quando sei fuori, essi ti riempiranno la camera con piacere e anche riempiranno le forniture che hai usato come scarpe da letto, torcia da denti, ecc.
Servizio:
Il personale è amichevole e informativo. Si accertano di informarvi dove si trovano tutti i prodotti che avete bisogno. Sono stati d'aiuto a conservare la mia torta nel frigorifero per me, in modo che non si divenga male durante il mio soggiorno. Se ordinate la consegna, potete chiedere al conducente di mettere il cibo sul conto e di informare il personale che portano il cibo nella vostra stanza.

La fermezza del letto e delle mutandine sono giuste, assicurandomi di dormire comodamente. Non sono sicuro che il secchetto dei capelli sia legittimo, perché non ne ho uno. Il secchetto dei capelli rende i miei capelli più secchi, ma si secca rapidamente. Non c'è nessuna condizione per i capelli, quindi porti il tuo se necessario. Ho il peli fini, quindi il loro shampoo non mi piaceva troppo, ma mi piace il loro gel da doccia. Il loro torace dentale disponibile è molto morbido, anche gumi sensibili possono usarlo. La TV è molto grande e ci sono abbonamenti di vip per tutte le applicazioni cinesi di streaming, che permettono al mio amico di godere della sua serie TV Drama preferita.
In generale, io e il mio amico abbiamo apprezzato la nostra permanenza.

The room is very comfortable. No noise, great bedding, nice bathtub, and good curtains. Coffee and fruit are provided.
The location is convenient to get a taxi.
The breakfast is abundant and delicious.
The only improvement is to clean a little better. There are some marks on the glass doors in the bathroom. The bedding and towels are very clean. Just these small points.

UUtente ospiteDisappointing Stay at Zhengyiju Cultural Guesthouse
I recently stayed at Zhengyiju Cultural Guesthouse in Yangzhou and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room had significant temperature issues—it was too hot near the ceiling but uncomfortably cold near the floor, making it impossible to relax. Additionally, the sink in the bathroom was poorly designed, causing water to splash everywhere when using the faucet.
The service was another letdown. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, which made the stay even more unpleasant. To make matters worse, despite paying a deposit, I had to repeatedly ask for it to be returned, which was both inconvenient and frustrating.
Overall, I cannot recommend this guesthouse based on my experience. There are clear areas for improvement, especially in terms of room comfort and customer service.

SStevenThis hotel is located in Dongguan Street just a short 2 minute walk from the taxi drop off.
The staff gave us a warm welcome and told us we had our room upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The room was spaceous and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and large screen TV. The under floor heating system was very good in the evenings as the temperature dropped. The bathroom itself was also very well appointed with a good size bath tub as well as a rain shower and plenty of hot water available at all times.
The staff were lovely throughout the whole complex and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was plentiful and had many local varieties of food available. There is also a coffee shop on site which makes great quality flat white!
I can highly recommend staying at this hotel as it is literally in Dongguan street and also just across the road from Pishi street.
As a western guest I felt very comfortable at this hotel and would definitely visit again.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is exactly like the other reviews: old, poor soundproof, hard beds, but really well located. However, the room I booked was way too noisy: I think it was next to the street because I could hear people shouting late at night and in the morning. I could hear them way too well, even though there was no window in the room. It was that bad that I asked to change rooms. Fortunately we got upgraded to another room for free. This one was on the second floor, I could finally sleep and get some rest in peace, but if people passed by talking, I could still hear them. At least not a lot of people passed by. The rest is OK, as you can see in the pictures. Beds could be softer for a hotel, but for the price I paid, I won’t complain. The hotel is at first hard to find because its entrance is in a small lane, but conveniently located near Dongguan and Pishi streets, as well as Ge and Ho gardens (approx. 20 mins walking each).

UUtente ospiteThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

MMaiothe lady at the reception informed me that I was getting an upgrade to a larger room. how very kind of the staff.
about the hotel: the upgraded room was nice and big, got a nice window, nice a/c, comfy sofa. If I have to point at something I do not particuarly like is the bathroom: I'm not fond of the toilet and bathroom facilities made of that sort of hardened plastic, feels/looks weird to me.
Position is also nice, there are a bunch of hotels in the area and there's a shopping mall close by, I had dinner close to the hotel and it was delicious (seafood restaurant), it's also on a reasonable walking distance from one of the entrances of the slender west lake (I went to the night opening, entrance ticket is not cheap (120 rmb) but I think the park at night wasn't bad at all). Beside that you can hop on the bas stop which is just nearby to get to the station to one side or the old town to the other, transportation is quite convenient (also because the city itself is not that big).
anyway, I enjoyed my stay, the room size is definitely very generous and I would totally stay again and recommend it.
