Hotel a Yangon,

The high rated and the discount make me decided to book this hotel on agoda. They booked me in the room on 4th floor. The room condition was good for this discounted price. But less than an 30 minutes after check-in, I found out that the hotel is renovating the 2nd and third floor. Wall crushing hammering and drilling noise was as lound as they are working around my room. It not different from staying in the middle of construction site. I went down to reception, she said they will noisy during workday 10AM to 5PM (but on Saturdy, when I check-out, they were still continue the hammering). I asked reception, if there any available room on the higher floor. She said no. So I send email to agoda customer service right away with video clip to show them how crazy was the construction noise. Agoda never contact back. Next day I have to contact agoda again, they responsed and said that they did not received my first email. I send them more video clips, then thay managed the hotel to move me to 6th floor. Agoda do not provide direct complain channel, but ask me to complain via themselves, the customer service. New room on 6th is quite quiet from the construction noise on lower floors BUT the room was full of strong smoking. My cloth were smell like throom when I unpacked my luggae at home. The shower curtain was horribly moldy. In the second night, there was a young local couple trying to get into my room with the correct keycard. The can unlock electronically but strucked with manual lock from the inside. I am not sure who else got into my room when I was away. There were safebox but without manual. (The walk way on 6th floor was so dark with red lanterns hanging along the corridor. There were lot of activities by their local guest in the late night on 6th floor. Later I provided negative feedback for Agoda as they requested via email. They gave USD3.60 back to my agoda account. I feel like being slapped with USD 3.60. My short trip was impacted from the time I spent on this problem for 2 rounds, then I have to spend 2nd night in the tobacco odour room. Cleanliness, I would give 1/3. The pillow on 4th floor still have odour from previous sweaty guest. The blanket and pillow covers does not look like freshly washed. The shower curtains on 6th floor was moldy. Location I would rate 4/5 but at the moment the government put barbwire and barricade on the road around the city hall at the south end of the oneway 33th street, where the hotel located. I did not expect anything luxury room form this cheap rent at all but the commonsense of of the hotel were absence: 1. They just crushing the building wall without considering that their guests might spend some hours during day-time in the room away from Yangon heat. Even they want to crush the 3rd floor, they can avoid accepting any booking into 4th floor during construction period. . 2. Its is OK for the hotel to have room for smoking guests but must not book non-smoking guest into that room. 3.

Posizione perfetta per soggiornare in Pan Pacific Yangon Per me, non la prima volta ho avuto una grande recensione per questo hotel. Ero qui diverse volte, perché è davvero il miglior hotel. La camera dell'hotel è pulizia e comoda letto. E mi piaceva davvero il buffet, anche io mi piaceva sedere al bar per raffreddare con il mio amore. Tutti i dipendenti erano molto carini e utili. Hotel al di là di posti davvero buoni. Vedete una bella Chiesa da piscina e piacevole a rilassante. Molto raccomandato a tutti i viaggiatori di business e vacanza. Buon soggiorno per arrivare all'aeroporto di mattina. La stanza era bella e pulita e molto grande. Il nostro letto era molto grande e confortevole. La doccia era perfetta. Ho potuto prendere una doccia calda e rilassante. Ho avuto un volo precoce, quindi non sono riuscito a godere del colazione dell'hotel. Il personale era molto gentile e utile.

Il personale dell'hotel è amichevole e i servizi sono buoni. La stanza è grande e pulita. La prima mattina ho ordinato il caffè nero al buffet del colazione. Ho ordinato il caffè nero di nuovo la seconda mattina. La terza mattina, il personale mi serviva il caffè nero senza una parola da me, dimostrando che erano molto attenti e ricordano le preferenze dei loro ospiti.

My family was in Wyndham to celebrate our son’s first birthday. We asked the staff to help us with the decorations if possible and they did help us with all the decorations as much as they could. Shortly after, the hotel staff ran the door bell and surprised my family with a complimentary cake for our son. The 4 staff who came to surprise us Yee Mon Kyaw, May, Phillis,Myint Myint, my family would like to sincerely thank you all for your effort and kindness. We would definitely stay here more often in the future.

strongly recommended As Parkroyal Hotel is located in the heart of the city, transportation is very convenient, and parking is very convenient. The Japanese restaurant of the hotel is also very nice. Needless to say, the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent since it's a five stars hotel. One can see the employees working in a professional manner due to the good training of the management team. For example, I have been cheering at this hotel's gym for many years because of the friendly staff, particularly at the gym. If I have to give a strong recommendation, I would like to recommend the Parkroyal Hotel's gym. It is because Manager Ma Ninisaw and the trainer (Mr. Sunny and Mr . Soe Than) provided all guests with excellent service and warm treatment. The pool and spa are also clean. I'd like to invite guests who have not yet arrived to come and stay. When you arrive at Parkroyal Hotel, you will definitely feel like you are at home.

Continuerò a venire & grazie per il perfetto soggiorno a Yangon . La posizione è molto vicina a Chinatown & può godere di molti cibi stradali . vapore e sauna possono anche essere utilizzati in hotel . Grazie per il personale per la grande ospitità.
