The location is very convenient for bus as it is just 2 minutes walk across the road. The staffs are friendly and polite. They ask you to make bed yourself and this is a bit not to the price. They offered 2 meals as covered in the price although the meals offered is a self-serving fixed curry rice (dinner) and instant soup with rice and eggs (breakfast). The room facilities are barely surviving and they have a VHS tape player in the room. Overall speaking, for a stay without nothing to ask, that’s fine. Do not expect the price makes a difference too much, it’s just for the convenience of location.

The hotel is Japanese style. The staff is great. It doesn’t provide food services but it has Japanese style breakfast. I would definitely stay here because it’s clean and just opposite to Asahigaoka bus stop. Also, it’s like 1 minute walk to the Yamanako lake. It’s not very overpriced. And plenty of foreigners had reservations in this hotel.

Staff were super friendly and the place was really clean. It is very convenient to catch public transportation. Breakfast here was good experience and tasted great too. I would like to stay here again if I am traveling to Fuji Mountain again. Highly recommended.

Super friendly staff, great hotel! Opposite one of the main bus stations for the area so I didn't have to lug my bags very far. Walking round the lake for the sunrise was the highlight of my trip, so glad I stayed in this area!

The room was very nice! Wish we could have stayed longer than one night. The only downside was the noises outside because we left the window open at night. Will definitely consider staying here again next time.

Lovely hotel with spacious traditional Japanese rooms. The staff are friendly. The public bath is really nice. They serve a very affordable breakfast and dinner, we didn’t get to try it but we appreciate the option as there aren’t too many restaurants nearby. The location is quiet and peaceful, a little out of the way if you are relying on public transport, but if you’re driving it’s excellent with ample parking.

Honestly the hotel is quite heritage to our families, quite overpriced and overrated. By the way the first photo for this hotel pages is not right, as it’s showing another nearby attraction but it’s not belong to the hotel itself

I think it is really good in overall, the reception is very nice and willing to answer anything. first time to try the Japanese style house ..........ha ha ha ha ........

good and clean hotel

雖然設施比較陳舊，但是衞生非常乾淨，前台一位小哥，兩位老哥非常熱情，其中一位戴眼鏡的會説英語，離旭丘車站衹有1分鐘，交通方便，步行2分鐘就有便利店，步行3分鐘到湖邊，但是附近幾乎沒有餐館，有一家藤原居酒屋，旺季最好提前定。酒店有浴場，不大，但是很舒服，住的第二天基本沒有人，可以算私湯。酒店有富士山造型的咖喱晚餐，不過要等20分鐘，早餐是生雞蛋拌飯和味增湯，因為是去參加馬拉松，所以酒店臨時決定當天的晚餐和第二天的早餐免費供應。

在旭日丘站旁邊，步行三分鐘就到，步行五分鐘有個711有個中午的前台，可以溝通，房間沒有空調開窗睡不熱，床鋪需要自己鋪，挺大的，（朋友房間發現螞蟻，在山裡不可避免）晚上十一點會鎖酒店大門，就出不去了（不過晚上附近也沒有什麼可逛的），洗浴在酒店一樓，也就到晚上十一點，凌晨不開放，酒店樓下有租電滑板車的，50/h（電量剛好夠環山中湖一圈）走太遠就回不去了，酒店工作人員很熱情，服務滿分。

優點： 1.交通非常便利，旁邊就是旭日丘車站，從新宿バスタ可以直達這家酒店。這一點在富士山景區幫了我們大忙，也省下了很多時間。而且這裡是河馬巴士的售票處和發車點，因此我們坐上了河馬巴士，是此次旅行最高光的時刻。對於提着大行李箱的人來説很是便利。 2. 本酒店離平野之濱步行要走近五十分鐘，對於早上要看日出的人有體力和早起的要求。但是前台叔叔非常好，給我們介紹了他們酒店的電動scooter。此乃本次旅行的第二大亮點。比自行車省力省時，我們也是靠這輛小車在河對岸發現了農家カフェ這家寶藏早餐店。邊吃日式早餐邊看富士山，悠閑又舒服。用scooter從酒店到平野衹需要二十分鐘，如果中途不停下吃早餐不拍照的話，環湖總共也就一個半小時。極力推薦！絲滑享受人少祕境！價格為一小時2000日元，非常划算。更值得一提的是，我們到達酒店當天已經很晚了，前台的叔叔非常耐心地講解並教我們怎麼用scooter，甚至陪着我們在院子裏練習，當時真的很感動，再次驗證了鄉下的霓虹金都很樸實耐心！而且這個酒店本來早晨六點才開始開大門開始服務，但是因為我們要看日出五點出發，這位叔叔就特意起早幫我們開門，我們騎車走的時候他還站在門口看着我們遠去，對我們的駕駛技術表示非常的擔心，不過好在我們順利完成了任務！ 缺點： 1.酒店需要自己鋪床 2.空調/暖風噪音很大 太乾燥了 3.樓上走動或者跑動會比較吵 4.不提供每日的打掃服務，需要特意和前台説才會幫忙打掃。（可是我們當天特意提了，也把鑰匙給前台了，仍舊沒幫我們打掃） 總結： 交通便利和前台人員的服務非常值得推薦，對於第一次來這裏的人一定要選交通便利的地方。住宿條件不是那麼好，但完全可以滿足日常需求。

酒店好有懷舊feel，酒店位置方便，步行就可以去到山中湖影相，而且好近碼頭可以搭到船去湖中，望到富士山，可惜趕住去動物園冇時間去。酒店服務員好親切，樂於解答問題，仲畀咗啲方法我哋慳左搭車時間，直接去到動物園。

超乎預期的體驗！好過我在東京住過的其他所有酒店！酒店就在山中湖旭丘車站旁邊（highwaybus新宿到山中湖旭丘直達），拖着行李就走幾步路。老闆人非常幽默開朗，可以英語交流，員工們也都很熱情，山中湖旭丘這個站點一般的遊客不太停留過夜，實際遊玩體驗反而比河口湖和山中湖平野好得多，本身就是kaba水陸車的站點，旁邊紀念品商店、郵局應有盡有。酒店是日式榻榻米，需要自己鋪床（非常簡單）。酒店有日式公共澡堂可以體驗，酒店會提供免費的浴巾和日式浴袍，作為南方人在中國都沒體驗過大澡堂，但是我去的時候由於人少公共浴室直接變私湯，水也很乾凈，一掃之前的所有顧慮，不想去澡堂的話酒店房間裏也有獨立衞浴。晚餐是富士山形狀的咖喱特別好吃，居然才一人500日元，吃飯的時候老闆還很熱情地主動來幫我們合照。早餐是生蛋拌飯/茶泡飯二選一，同時配有味增湯、咖啡。酒店旁邊200米有711，買了夜宵可以用酒店過道的微波爐和一次性筷子。大門會在23點-6點鎖上，但是旁邊有小門可以進出，所以如果要看日出也完全沒問題。從來沒在攜程上寫過評價，但是這次實在是很滿意很開心，離開的時候還給酒店寫了感謝賀卡，已成為自來水哈哈😄
