Hotel in zona Xining Stadium, Xining

We found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the ”do not disturb sign” on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry. I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend. All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.

L'acqua di miniera locale di Qinghai è molto buona. La notte ho anche inviato due yogurt locali, che è stato più di un hotel 5 stelle per due chicchi di ghiaccio. 地理位置優越，離火車站大概10公里，交通便利。房間很乾凈舒適，布草乾淨，大堂明亮，網絡信號很好，上網很快，看電影也不卡，房間有地暖，一點也不冷，洗浴設施也很全，洗髮水很香，床墊的軟硬程度相當合適；房間有配茶葉包和掛耳咖啡包。前台接待員橘子很熱情，説話超有禮貌，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐都很貼心，外賣送來會幫送上去，很親切，服務很細緻。酒店周圍環境很好，有一個小型商圈，吃飯購物都很方便。有免費地下停車場，停車很方便，24小時健身房，自助洗衣房，適合出差。早餐種類也挺多的，葷素搭配吃的很好，還有青海地方特色牛肉粉湯，推薦推薦[強]。下次還會繼續選擇這家酒店！品質對得起這個價格！

Sto scrivendo per esprimere la mia delusione per il comportamento non professionale di due uomini di personale di front desk che ho incontrato durante la mia recente permanenza in questo hotel. Mi sono avvicinato al dipartimento di fronte per chiedere se mi fosse prolungato il soggiorno; i due membri del personale con cui interagivamo erano tanto rudi quanto dismissivi, parlandomi senza fare contatto con gli occhi e rispondendo in una voce molto alta. Il loro comportamento era poco professionale e mi ha fatto sentire sconvolta. Capisco che i membri del personale del servizio frontale siano spesso occupati, ma non vi è alcuna scusa per trattare gli ospiti con disprezzo. Apprezzerei se lei si occupasse di questo problema con i membri del personale in questione e si assicurasse che tutti i suoi dipendenti siano formati a fornire un servizio clienti eccellente.
