服務：老闆不僅幫助我們找車位，還送了一大盒歡迎水果和一人一杯氂牛酸奶，品質都很不錯，太驚喜了！
設施：房間很大。巨大。開窗通風良好。房間內很好的，也很新，我們的家庭套房裡麪那間大床和外面雙床之間有可以關上的門，讓睡眠不好的家人也能好好休息。酒店大堂旁邊就有生活小超市，很方便。
衞生：沒發現問題。杯子和浴巾毛巾是一次性的。
缺點：1，樓層走廊的燈光很暗，並且是聲控的，不跺腳不會亮，感覺不是很好，最好能換成正常的常亮燈吧。2，早上八點，清掃的員工竟然直接把我們房門刷開了，都不先敲門問。我們也沒有免打擾的牌子可以掛。人還在睡覺，嚇一大跳！希望酒店一定要加強員工培訓，不要再犯這種低級錯誤。
總的來説性價比真的超級無敵高。會推薦朋友來的。

話先説在前面，因為這是旅遊淡季，能找到一家價格100-，含早餐的旅店真的很不錯了，要啥自行車啊，所以我可以忍受他們床上有來歷不明的短捲毛，能接受吹風機吹一會兒斷一會兒，能接受電梯賊慢經常滿員等不到，但是——唯一不能忍的是洗澡沒熱水，打電話給前台，前台説水是從樓頂放下來的，我放半個小時就熱了，但是我放了半個小時後，水龍頭根本出不了水了，抽水馬桶也壞了，抽不出水，打電話給前台説了過後，因為那天太晚，所以她説第二天早上師傅一上班就來修，我想着那就第二天再洗澡，然後補覺，結果師傅第二天來修好了淋浴裝置和馬桶，我那間房間馬桶卻一直響個不停，根本睡不着……比火車上還難睡。
但是它才100-誒，實在是不想太嚴苛，在我這裏的唯一扣分項僅有熱水供應不足這一件事而已。

Sto scrivendo per esprimere la mia delusione per il comportamento non professionale di due uomini di personale di front desk che ho incontrato durante la mia recente permanenza in questo hotel.
Mi sono avvicinato al dipartimento di fronte per chiedere se mi fosse prolungato il soggiorno; i due membri del personale con cui interagivamo erano tanto rudi quanto dismissivi, parlandomi senza fare contatto con gli occhi e rispondendo in una voce molto alta. Il loro comportamento era poco professionale e mi ha fatto sentire sconvolta.
Capisco che i membri del personale del servizio frontale siano spesso occupati, ma non vi è alcuna scusa per trattare gli ospiti con disprezzo. Apprezzerei se lei si occupasse di questo problema con i membri del personale in questione e si assicurasse che tutti i suoi dipendenti siano formati a fornire un servizio clienti eccellente.
Spero che la mia esperienza venga affrontata e che i futuri ospiti non incontreranno le stesse questioni.

跟着驢友來這邊看塔爾寺，在高鐵站不遠的地方入住的這個酒店，這邊是要比成都冷很多，我們一行7個人，我第二個到，甘肅的朋友晚上到，本地的朋友晚上有安排用餐，酒店在馬路旁邊，我們入住在20層，酒店很安靜，樓層和房間都很暖和，第二天大太陽，比在成都感覺好，就是鼻腔總感覺太幹，跟前台聊天説起這個事情，前台又送了幾瓶水給我，酒店前台應該對我印象比較深，進出酒店都會關注，也有問候，感覺很好，酒店附近有吃飯和商店，打車出行也很方便，房間床單被套很乾凈，床品nice，晚上走廊明亮，安靜，如果旅行季到來我們應該還會在西寧中轉，到時候還會再來，大力推薦。

La posizione dell'hotel è buona e il viaggio è molto conveniente.Il cameriere che riceve il primo giorno è entusiasta e amichevole, e ha chiesto alla sua domanda di aiutarci a risolvere il più possibile. Quando si ferma, la stanza ha un sapore di fumo e il personale di servizio ha immediatamente cambiato una stanza senza fumo. Quando sono arrivati a Xining, sono particolarmente facili da fare. Excellent stay and highly recommended. It's about 20 mins walk from Xining Railway station. Located along Qiyi七一路 street. Opposite the hotel are nice food shops. Take a short walk to the busy street behind the hotel which takes about 15 minutes. You may walk towards your left side as you come out from the hotel main door. Turn left again and walk 250m until you reach the traffic light, turn left and walk up the hill until you come to the main busy area. The Dongguan Grand Muslim Mosque is located some where around this area, too. The local people are very friendly and willing to show you the directions.
ChaoMan hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable. We stayed here for two nights. The breakfast provided has a wide range of fried vegetables, fried rice, Chinese buns and pastries.
The most welcoming staff made our stay so memorable. Kudos to all of you and I've included their picture in this post. They helped us with our travels to popular sightseeing places and most of all, they got us a reasonable price for transfer to the airport at 65 yuan.

I'll surely come again when I visit Xining and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

GGanbuxiaquleQuesto è un buon hotel a Xining, tutto è buono, igiene, colazione e servizio sono molto comodi. Oltre: 1, l'aria condizionata della stanza è come una decorazione. Inizialmente, 26 gradi all'interno della stanza, aprì 16 gradi di raffreddamento, 28 gradi all'interno della stanza dopo un po', non c'era copertura di maniche per la notte, e la canna poteva aprire la finestra a dormire.2.La TV ha pubblicità di hotel e nessun segnale TV. 3. Il frigorifero è anche un dispositivo. Non so se non è aperto o freddo, non c'è bevanda, ma è buono a mettere in ordine le acque di acqua calda di quattro chicchi.

Scrivo per esprimere il mio sincero apprezzamento per l'eccezionale ospitalità e il servizio forniti durante il mio recente soggiorno al Boli Yabu Hotel di Xining. Come presidente dell'Amber Palace di Chaina, ho avuto l'opportunità di provare diverse sistemazioni e devo dire che si sono davvero distinte per il servizio impeccabile e l'attenzione ai dettagli del Boli Yabu Hotel.
Innanzitutto, vorrei esprimere la mia gratitudine al reparto della reception per la calorosa accoglienza e l'efficiente procedura di check-in. I membri dello staff sono stati professionali, cortesi e hanno fatto di tutto per garantire che il mio soggiorno fosse confortevole dal momento in cui sono arrivato.
Inoltre, vorrei elogiare il reparto di assistenza per la loro straordinaria dedizione alla soddisfazione degli ospiti. Che si trattasse di organizzare il trasporto, fornire consigli sulle attrazioni locali o rispondere prontamente a qualsiasi richiesta o preoccupazione, il team di assistenza ha costantemente superato le mie aspettative con la sua attenzione e professionalità.
Inoltre, vorrei riconoscere al Back Office Department i loro sforzi dietro le quinte nel mantenere le operazioni dell'hotel senza intoppi. Dalle pulizie alle attività amministrative, il loro impegno per l'eccellenza ha contribuito in modo significativo all'esperienza complessivamente positiva durante il mio soggiorno di due giorni.
La posizione comoda del Boli Yabu Hotel, unita ai suoi comfort moderni e al personale attento, ha reso il mio viaggio di lavoro a Xining produttivo e piacevole. La vicinanza ad attrazioni chiave come il Museo della provincia di Qinghai, lo Xining Wildlife Zoo e la Plateau Pearl Sightseeing Tower ha ulteriormente migliorato il mio soggiorno, consentendomi di esplorare la bellezza della città nel mio tempo libero.
In conclusione, è stato un grande piacere soggiornare al Boli Yabu Hotel e non posso ringraziare abbastanza il vostro team per il loro servizio eccezionale e l'ospitalità. Vi prego di estendere la mia gratitudine a tutti i membri dello staff coinvolti nel rendere il mio soggiorno memorabile. Non vedo l'ora di tornare nella vostra stimata struttura in futuro e consiglierò vivamente il Boli Yabu Hotel a colleghi e amici in viaggio a Xining.

UUtente ospiteThis is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Service is amazing. Breakfast is extremely good with a very big choice of western food. At check out Isabelle even gave me some complementary coffee for my train trip to Lhasa, as well as a gif box from the hotel. Absolutely value for you money! One of the hotels in China that really deserves 5 Stars!

Il prezzo è stato anche un ottimo valore per i soldi.
Il mio treno da Lhasa è arrivato al 6.30am e ho preso un taxi a poca distanza dal parco Plaza senza alcuna emissione.
Ho controllato alle 7:00 e ho visto la mia stanza.
Era bella, molto spaziosa con una grande finestra,
e aveva anche un bagno libero.
Purtroppo, potrei profumare il fumo di sigarette, che non è raro negli hotel cinesi.
Ho chiesto una stanza diversa e sono stato immediatamente mostrato uno .
La stanza era identica, ma le coperte di letto erano disegni per bambini e c’erano giocattoli e teepee in un angolo.
Il letto era molto confortevole e la stanza era molto tranquilla.
Il buffet era eccellente e il chef e la sua piccola squadra erano molto amichevole e attenti.
E'chiaro che erano molto orgogliosi del loro favoloso buffet e presentazione ....as dovrebbero essere.È stato il mio migliore in Cina.
Ho trovato un bel cammino dietro l'hotel vicino al fiume, a 5 minuti.
In generale, la zona era bello andare in giro, molto diversa da quella che ero nel centro della città quando vengo in Tibet.
Quando tornerò a Xining, scelgo senza dubbio Park Plaza.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio dell'hotel era eccellente: ci hanno consentito di fare il check-out posticipato dopo aver sentito che il nostro treno era in ritardo e ci hanno portato una stufa portatile in camera a causa del freddo. Quando abbiamo chiesto della farmacia più vicina per procurarci l'ossigeno portatile, ce ne hanno anche offerta una.
La camera era pulita e spaziosa e il bagno aveva il water riscaldato e dei bei prodotti da bagno. La vicinanza era anche molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria. Bella hall con area ricreativa.

However I suggest the management to serve it will be more good if the breakfast will be served with Halal food. Being a Muslim majority city, it will be great advantage.

⭐️The room was clean and equipped.
⭐️Perfect location, easy transportation.
⭐️Staff is extremely kind and helpful.
😉Breakfast room gets crowded, however we were promptly informed at check in and given options to get food from the buffet and eat it elsewhere.
Note: we only had breakfast at the hotel once and we were able to find seats and food. We usually left the hotel before breakfast for our excursions.
😕Elevators get crowded at rush hours, which might mean long waiting time.
😕Individuals smoking in common area.
❗️Those two points are not really due to hotel management, since the building hosts several other businesses. For this same reason, hygiene standards in the common areas are not up to rooms’ standards. It was not a big deal for us at all.
It is a good choice for active travelers!

Bbebou around the worldWe found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the ”do not disturb sign” on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry.
I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend.
All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.
