Really had good moment with this hotel

Air conditioning is malfunction, very stuffy at night. Room is not sound proof. At night I could hear people from the next door. And the door keep shaking every now and then at night, very noisy. I stayed at room 1222. Service staff is very nice though.

Not bad for one night… they said it will be the city view … not satisfied

Great location. Has a big shopping mall that is 10 minutes walking distance where you can get various foods and has a grocery store. Staff are nice and professional. Room is spacious and clean! Has a nice laundry room! The only problem I encountered was the gym. It was listed as 24/7, but they actually turn lights and air conditioner off after 11pm. However, they did open the service for me upon request at 3am, but I was told they stop service at night to avoid affecting other’s sleep.

之前來過一次 這次來邢台又住了這裏～ 主要是很喜歡酒店的乾淨整潔 而且一樓大廳有好吃的冰淇淋！！ 謝謝前台小姐姐小南！！ 服務態度好 業務也專業！！ 下次來還會繼續住這裏哦！！

一次十分糟糕住宿體驗，不知道是現在希爾頓的接待能力就這樣還是掛了個牌。攜程上交了兩天的房費，結果房卡第二天就消磁打不開門了，不知道前台是怎麼刷的卡。早餐也是誇張到極致，九點到九點半都是這樣的狀態，在一位外國友人提出要吃煎蛋後才有服務人員到餐枱幫忙，中國人去問就是沒有忙不過來，從進餐廳到吃上煎蛋40分鐘，還是沾了外國友人的光，從來沒有經歷過這樣的服務！

51假日從長治迴天津的中間站，發現邢台也有希爾頓花園果斷預訂。這裏酒店設施非常好而且地理位置非常哈打車去古城也就2公里。有體力博物館和開元寺步行可達。周邊還有大型夜市和市場吃喝相當方便。

在邢台遊玩特意選了這家希爾頓集團管理的花園酒店入住兩晚，位於襄都區，無論從火車站或者東站過來都車程不遠，到邢州古城非常方便。酒店門口兩尊大象很有氣派，客房乾淨整潔，屋內不同色系搭配和諧，無需插卡取電就能實現燈光窗簾智能化。看我們入住兩晚，前台小南非常貼心的贈送了一天早餐，位於一樓咖啡館，提供不同堅果，牛肉麪下了非常好吃。

服務不錯，房間也舒服 但有以下不足 房間內的開關指示燈晚上會一直亮着，沒有一鍵關電功能，衹能關燈 窗簾衹有兩個位置，開和關，不能隨時停 不能投影和視頻點播 其他城市相同房型，空間稍小，沙發偏小
