The Knapsack International Hostel is a great place to stay! The staff is very friendly, English-speaking and helped us with booking tickets and transport. We stayed there for three nights. The hostel has a washing machine to use. Breakfast includes Western and ******* food. Very recommended.

The best Hostel I have ever. The host extreamly support for everything. I really appreciate for visit this hostel. The host can speak English and always take care you anyway and anytime. During I stayed there, the host called a Taxi driver for us to go to Siguniansan and come back to the hotel. However, somthing wrong (accident) because the driver come late. Therefore, We cannot catch the bus for go back to Chengdu. However, the host find the new car and pay for the tickets for us. I feel really thaks for that. If I have a chance I will visit this hostel again. In summary, I reccomend to visit this hostel extreamly.

Staff were the best part! Very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty close to everything. Rooms were big and clean. Well suited to the price. Definitely would recommend

Great hostel, I highly recommend the stay at the Knapsack Guesthouse. The location is great, easy walking distance to go hiking in the Four Sister mountains. The host Kevin and the whole staff is very friendly, and helped us organizing our hikes and had very good trip recommandation to continue our journey. They also helped us solving some problems we faced during our trip. The room was very confortable ; the warm blankets, the electric warming mattress and heating system are perfect to face the cold temperatures at night And last but not least; the ******* hotpot is excellent.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff with great sense of humour, helpful, english speaking, all good. Rooms are clean and spacious, water is warm, breakfast good. Felt very welcomed.

Kevin (who speaks English for those who don't speak Chinese) and his team will do anything to help your stay in Siguniangshan - book bus/mountain tickets, share advice on different parts of the town. It has the cosy, welcoming feel of a hostel (including a really lovely garden courtyard), but the facilities of a hotel. They also provide both a Chinese and Western breakfast. Can't recommend this place enough!

The host Kevin was super nice and helpful. He gave useful tips about the local area and his coffee making skills were top notch. His English was fantastic and he made sure the registration was extremely smooth.

房間很大，衞生也比較乾淨，設施設備也都沒什麼問題，客棧工作人員也比較熱情，一點點不足就是上去的坡比較大，但是不影響因為我們是高手，哈哈哈哈哈開個玩笑，上面還有鍋莊舞蹈，紅頭髮小姐姐還教我們怎麼跳，晚上在隔壁藏餐廳吃的，味道還不錯，反正整體來説都是比較滿意的！下次來的時候會優先考慮這家。

環境很安靜，很好。 建議老闆要給大姐漲工資，大姐一個人打理整個客棧，人很好很勤勞不容易！

很倒黴遺留了一個價值600多的飛利浦電動牙刷，第二天早上才想起然後打電話去問店家，店家説打掃衞生的阿姨看到了也幫忙放起來了，但由於第二天太忙就當垃圾扔了。店家説的話前言不搭後語、既然店裡有幫客人保留遺漏物品的服務，但你就是拿不到自己的遺漏的東西。 首先，根據《中華人民共和國民法典》的相關規定，酒店作為提供住宿服務的經營者，在提供住宿服務的過程中，與客人之間形成了住宿合同關係。酒店應當為客人提供一個安全的住宿環境，並負有在設施、設備、人員配置上保證消費者人身、財產安全不受侵犯的義務。因此，如果客人遺留物品在酒店，酒店有義務進行妥善保管，並在客人要求時予以歸還。

前台的女孩子服務很周到熱情，主動幫忙拿笨重的行李箱到房間，還幫忙叫車打車，服務很好。 還想不到的是這家竟然有免費早餐，這個在四姑娘山鎮很少見的。
