This resort can absolutely bring me surprise ! I celebrated my birthday with my boyfriend in this resort. They prepared a cake and some decoration on our arrival. The pool flower decoration and floating breakfast are awesome. Yet, the cleanness can be improved. I can find the hair ball on the floor when I just check-in . Also , you may expect some insect inside the room and bathroom even though we close the door. One thing I can’t accept was no hot water supplied when I took the shower. It happened on 3rd day stay. We called the staff to fix and it took us at least 40mins to wait. We woke up early and wished to take a shower then sleep early. The staffs are nice and friendly. You can feel so welcoming.

超乎想象的景觀，服務也非常好，房間非常乾淨舒適，驅蚊做得很好，房間內的泳池也很出片，不用特意用公共泳池，早餐11點才結束，選擇非常多！

房間在別墅酒店裡是比較小的，但是泳池和森林裏的感覺很特別。還是值得的，就是螞蟻有些多。

Sono stata al The Kayon Valley Resort 5 giorni con il mio ragazzo, è stato tutto perfetto. La camera spaziosa, dispone di tutti i comfort necessari. Essa si affaccia direttamente sulla giungla, avvolta da una quiete di privacy. La colazione ottima, con vasta scelta di cibi dolci e salati. La cosa che mi ha colpita di più è stata il personale, disposto ad aiutarti in ogni momento e attento ad ogni tua esigenza, molto cordiale, professionale e preparato. Mi sono stupita di quanto la gente possa essere buona. Il posto perfetto per una vacanza rilassante.

È stato tutto perfetto. Porteremo sempre nel cuore questo posto è tutto lo staff, persone gentilissime è molto attente al benessere degli ospiti. Stupenda l’atmosfera che si respira in mezzo alla giungla. Si mangia molto bene anche al ristorante dove sono disponibili numerosi piatti Indonesiani e occidentali. Ottima la colazione. È possibile visitare e trascorrere qualche ora in piscina, anche nell’altro loro resort The Kayon Jungle, grazie alla navetta gratuita che mettono a disposizione durante la giornata.

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde, a pochi km dal centro di Ubud. Personale cortese e disponibile. Ampia scelta per la colazione e ottima qualità del cibo. Eccellente servizio spa con una vasta scelta di trattamenti! Super consigliato!

The staff treatment & service, the seclusion of the location and privacy of the room is unbeatable. Close enough to see the sights of Ubud via cheap taxi. Rare hot tub and beautiful jungle view from the pool. The most in-room complimentaries and top value menu. One of those rare spot where reality is better than the photos! Our butler Suwar was very friendly! Food is at its best 4/5...some dishes were hits but many were more like 3/5. This is the one area that didn't match the overall quality experience of the hotel.

Thanks to the mentioned individuals and many others who were around, our five-day stay became one of the most beautiful moments of our three-week journey through Bali. It is people who create a place and give it true value, and that was certainly the case for us. In addition to the photos and videos, we are taking these people with us back to our home in Poland, and it is their names we will recall when reminiscing about our time at Kayon Valley Resort. Most beautiful, amazing & cleanest resort I have ever stayed at in my life! They truly pulled out all the stops to ensure I had the best birthday trip to Bali ever! From the delicious food to the amazing pool decorations and breathtaking views I could not have asked for me! Also the staff made me feel safe and cared for the entire time from check in to checkout Yudu & Gede were such a pleasure!

Magnificent and flawless view from the villa balcony. Friendly staff with great service. Nothing bad to say about anything. Location is great too, close enough to center to be lively but also far enough away to get your feeling of isolation and peace. Will stay again 100% next time were in Bali... One thing to mention (as advice to future guests, NOT a criticism at all), dinner at their restaurant has shows, sometimes dancers or singers, etc. Maybe not all nights but at least three of the 5 I was there. So if you're looking for a quiet peaceful resort dinner maybe order for take away and bring it back to the room lol. Or go out for food, which I did half my nights and assume most people do anyway too. Having said that it seemed like most guest enjoy the entertainment. Personally I'm boring and like it quiet hence why is it not a criticism
