overall the room is very comfortable and the staff are all very friendly and courtesy. i like a free coffee machine provided bcos you hardly can find any shop around selling coffee except a luckin coffee. The free supper was of the same type for 4 nites i stayed. i think the hotel can do better. The bathroom is risky without a anti slippery mat on the floor .i think it is important for the eldery . safety is important and the management should look into it.another plus point,i love a big TV screen. The wifi is weak,cant upload foto.

MMarcel van OostveenSebbene l'hotel non fosse nella parte più bella della città (zona industriale, ma vicino all'aeroporto), la nostra esperienza è stata comunque molto positiva. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente: i receptionist, il personale della sala da pranzo e tutti coloro che lavoravano lì hanno fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa. La bellissima camera era molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Il bagno era carino. Il letto era ottimo e avevamo diversi cuscini tra cui scegliere.
La palestra è ben attrezzata con molti attrezzi (moderni) (anche se a me è bastato il tapis roulant).
Abbiamo anche provato il ristorante e abbiamo assaggiato una gustosa zuppa di pollo wonton (scelta n. 3 dal menu, che non era in inglese ma si poteva tradurre bene con Google Translate).
Non abbiamo utilizzato la navetta perché pensavamo che non sarebbe partita così presto, ma la prima navetta parte alle 4 del mattino, quindi è bello saperlo.
Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza fantastica e se visiteremo di nuovo Xi'an torneremo sicuramente.

UUtente ospitePoiché avevo un volo la mattina presto, ho prenotato questo hotel vicino all'aeroporto. L'hotel offre il servizio di trasferimento aeroportuale gratuito. Quando ho fatto il check-in, l'addetto alla reception è stato molto gentile e mi ha offerto una zuppa di fagioli mung fatta in casa. che aveva un sapore delizioso!
L'hotel è davvero pulito e molto confortevole per chi come me soffre di disturbi ossessivo-compulsivi sull'igiene. Tutta la casa è intelligente e ha il controllo vocale. Anche le pantofole sono molto comode! Ciò che è stato ancora più inaspettato è stato che quando abbiamo fatto il check-out alle 4:30 del mattino, la signora alla reception ha preparato un sacchetto con la colazione da asporto per ognuno di noi. Faceva così caldo! Consiglio vivamente questo hotel! Il prezzo è conveniente, l'atteggiamento è buono e la camera è pulita Se non fossi stato in volo, sarei rimasto qualche giorno in più.

MMr. Randy LeeI stayed at this hotel for four nights and happily gave it a 5-star rating, even though not everything was perfect.
One of the highlights was the breakfast, which featured an abundant selection that varied slightly each day. A noodle bar offered made-to-order dishes, and I found the wontons particularly delicious. For those interested in local cuisine, there were plenty of options to explore. Western-style offerings—such as pastries, bacon, and eggs—were available but somewhat limited.
The hotel is brand new and impeccably clean—well, almost everywhere. A few of us, avid ping pong fans, headed straight to the game room after check-in, eager to play. To our disappointment, we found the entire room covered in thick dust. Determined to make the best of it, we cleaned one of the tables using a towel provided by a staff member and still managed to have a great time. What truly impressed me, however, was the hotel’s response. The following day, a manager personally reached out and insisted on taking me back to the room, even offering assistance with a ping pong robot. Although scheduling conflicts prevented me from accepting the offer at the time, I made a point to revisit the room on my checkout day—not to play, but to see whether the hotel had addressed the dust issue. I was amazed at their swift action and their commitment to guest feedback. The room itself is quite spacious, so ensuring it was thoroughly cleaned required significant effort.
That said, there was one issue that seriously detracted from my experience: guests openly smoking in the public areas inside the hotel. The nearby restroom, while spotless, was constantly enveloped in trapped smoke. If there were ever rats, they would have long been smoked out! It’s disappointing that the hotel tolerates guests who blatantly disregard its rules, compromising the experience for others.

EEmma_08L'hotel era pulitissimo. Oddio, non credereste a quanto fosse pulito. Il personale dell'hotel è stato gentilissimo e, anche se non parlava inglese, si è comunque assicurato che il nostro soggiorno fosse il più confortevole possibile. E il ristorante lì vicino era delizioso e molto carino. Avevamo il volo alle 9:00, quindi dovevamo partire presto, quindi ci hanno messo a disposizione un autobus per l'aeroporto. E ci hanno anche offerto la colazione da asporto, così abbiamo potuto consumarla sull'autobus o in aeroporto. Nel complesso, lo consiglio vivamente. È un hotel da non perdere se volete riposare e godervi il vostro soggiorno.

UUtente ospiteI read a lot of positive reviews about the Somerset Fendong, and this was why I came here, it did not disappoint. The hotel and room facilities are excellent, everything I need for a comfortable work trip and to work from my room. The breakfast buffet has delicious food in Chinese and Western options, and the gym is a really useful addition. However, what has really made the trip exceptional is the staff. They have done everything they can to make my stay comfortable. Athena Wang and the others at reception, the housekeeping and the restaurant staff go out of their way to be friendly and caring, as the best possible hosts, since the afternoon I arrived. This atmosphere makes more of a difference than anything towards having a good trip, and it is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. I would recommend the Somerset Fendong to anyone, thank you to Athena and all the staff!

RRomano Carlo SalvatoreCome stavo passando la notte, ho provato questo alloggio in capsula al Terminal 3. Ho atterrato al Terminal 2, ma questi terminali sono collegati, quindi è stato facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Il luogo della capsula è facilmente rilevato al livello di arrivo in T3.
L’esperienza era molto buona, è più privata di quanto pensassi, la mia capsula era impeccabile, la matrigna molto bella e ferma, il mento e la coperta molto comoda.
C'è un piccolo bagno con due bagni e una doccia esclusivamente per gli ospiti, ma il bagno è il pubblico in fondo alla strada.
Ha dormito bene, quindi penso che quella notte fosse molto tranquilla, non mi svegliavo dal rumore.
Ho potuto ottenere qualcosa di cibo dopo 11p.m. in un ristorante aperto allo stesso livello di arrivo, quindi è un bonus in termini di comodità.
Prenoterei questo posto di nuovo quando si tratta di transito.
