Hotel in zona Niannianfa Grain & Oils Shop, Xiamen

新開的酒店位置非常好，衛生及員工服务也不錯，包的早餐也很丰富，但我訂的是湖景双床房，酒店安排给我最初的18号的房間入門一看全是楼景以为酒店弄錯我訂的房類，立马下去更換，後來換了另一間12号房間，呵呵景观也是一样！迷底解开了！他們的湖景房是正面對着是楼景只有拉开窗帘把头放到最尾窗角便看到了！看着有点失望，但這酒店下次還是可以訂的，但我不用訂那湖景房了！其它酒店設施説一下，座厕自动冲水的，但冲水声音強勁，像在飞机上洗手間的冲水声，晚上用洗手間的便有些尴尬了，怕彼那冲水声吵醒同房！那自动冲水声音便是問題了！如晚間可調回手动便是一个選擇了！洗手間的按键灯只有全开或全关上，因全开着房間的設計是有一片透光玻璃到房间正面向着床的，开了太光照着眼睛睡不着，关了灯晚上去洗手間便要摸黑了，剛好自带了一盏小灯用得上，請改可調光暗灯或留有一小灯在座厕那边吧！另外電梯外没有楼层指示灯的，等候着心理有点焦虑😂！跟进DD叫車出行定位問题，來接的老是停在馬路外邊等候不入酒范围，司机每次都來電問在那，但回酒店的DD地图就没問题有指示轉入酒店。 酒店其他的这次服务都是贊賞的！希望有些改善後服务更加貼心更加分！

Better than expected! Although the location of this hotel is a bit further at the tourist spot (ZhongShan Road), but there are a variety of food choices just below the street! Just 8 mins walk to the train station. The tour planner at the hotel (小谢) is very helpful and responsible when coming to helping us with our travel plan and post-sale service! Will be staying here again when I’m back in Xiamen

Impianti: la casa è completamente nuova, le forniture di letto sono anche molto comode, la sala e la zona di riposo possono essere riposati per un periodo transitorio. Igiene: la stanza è pulita e luminosa, non ha odore di erba, non ha odore di erba troppo. This hotel was fantastic, especially for the price. We were here in the off-season and I'm not sure what the normal price is, but we paid almost 1/3 of the price for a hotel of equivalent quantity just last week in Shanghai. The breakfast buffet was great, they have lots of options and have chefs preparing noodle and congee bowls on request. I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant here as well, some of the best meals we had were there. The pictures did not show it, but our room also included a large bathtub which was a big plus. We were working while we were here and there were plenty of comfortable places to work. My only complaint is that they allow smoking in the lobby and in rooms close to ours; this seems to be the case in other places we've stayed in China, but was difficult coming from the USA

La posizione è molto comoda, a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Xiamen. Tuttavia, è vicino a una scuola elementare che può essere rumorosa durante il giorno. La stanza è piuttosto piccola e anche le strutture sono un po' malandate. Sarebbe bello se potessero rinnovare l'hotel per renderlo più gradevole. Per quanto riguarda l'atteggiamento del personale, sono gentili e cordiali.

Well located with nearby Coffee and Ice streets offering high quality western style cafes, bars and and Pastry shops. Staff at the hotel are attentive and conscientious, however overly zealous about upselling the benefits of the club lounge rooms. Club lounge is small, doesn’t have much to offer by way of snacks. Very limited food options at breakfast. Doesn’t open of offer anything around lunchtime and has limited options for dinner. Ok if you’re a drinker, but range of spirits is small. Didn’t feel I received value for money for the upgrade. My clients and I ended up eating at the main restaurant for breakfast, which was not included in the club price? Also, the views from the club floor rooms were not river views- we overlooked the noisy bar street at the building across the road. Had a problem getting fruit to my room over my 4 day stay, so had to go out and buy Bananas for myself. Another issues was that despite leaving the room available and arranging with reception for housekeeping to clean the room in time for me to have a video conference call without interruptions, they did not and so, i was interrupted during my call and had to repeatedly explain and deal with housekeeping insisting on coming in! The last straw for me was when reception neglected to extend my stay as requested the day before and so I had issues with my card and with checking in again, so I simply booked into another, more welcoming hotel. Overall, the hotel is professional and well managed, but they do seem to have some problems co-ordinating back of house teams.

Good hotel, located in the middle of the island, so it's convenient to go to different locations.

酒店位置:在沙坡尾中心。距離南普陀廈大 5分鐘就到，距離白城沙灘也是15分鐘步行。性價比:很高，房間很舒服，隔音效果也好，床鋪也舒服。房間設施:設施很齊全，每幾個房間中間有一個沙發，天台休憩區。房間景觀:很大的玻璃窗户，視野很明亮。多種多樣設施齊全服務:很熱情，很到位。離海邊很近，走幾分鐘就到了沙灘，有興致可以騎車走環島路旅遊。 對面是廈門大學 植物園 海邊。酒店的服務很到位，需要什麼，很快就送過來 設施齊全完善 設施新穎 很棒。酒店位置很贊，距離中山路、廈門大學、沙坡尾都很近，距離廈門火車站10多分鐘車程，一樓大廳的環境和味道都很棒，前台小姐姐服務熱情，整體很滿意。我最關注的是安靜和衞生，入住起來睡眠一級棒，比鄰大海的夜晚安靜舒服，房間乾淨，整潔，地理位置優越，附近的景點很多，植物園就在樓下，酒店前台辦理入住的小夥子，小姑娘也是十分熱情好客，下次來玩還住這裏
