Average hotel, location is very good, not far from SM plaza, different breakfast every day, fridge was not working and conditioner was blowing hard

Close to the airport, which is what I needed. Hotel design is great.

The reception is very helpful and the have a laundry room as well, able to wash your clothes and they will assist in doing so, great experience here!

1. Staffs are very helpful and cheerful. 2. Breakfast is good and fresh but less choice. 3. You can find no restaurants and shops around the hotel, everything you need must go by taxi. 4. I was living at 4/F, the room is extremally dark that you can only sleep but not even reading books. I checked the rooms at the same floor having the same lighting design, this is a terrible design. 5. Poor management on the check-in and check-out time. Official check-in at 2 pm, but when we arrived at 2:40pm, they told us that the rooms were not ready for check-in and we finally check-in at around 3 something.

The color design should be more lighter

Hotel and rooms have nice design. Location is not convenient. No locations for dinner/lunch nearby. Room was clean but breakfast was below standard for such price range. Only Chinese with no fresh items besides the banana's.

This is actually a boutique hotel that surprised me pleasantly. The room is spacious with an attached bath tub and separate cubicles for wc and shower respectively. Deco is modern and tastefully done with nice soft lighting. Due to the limitations of the location, the window overlook a residential unit next door. But for this budget, I think it is value for money. Also I appreciate its proximity to the airport and SM Mall. Staff members are helpful and friendly. If you enjoy some tranquility and peace, this could be a good hotel as it is usually not very crowded. Breakfast is simple Chinese food - dumplings; dim sum; fried noodles or vermicelli; plain congee; buns; milk; soy etc. Food selection is modest but sufficient given the boutique nature of this hotel. Overall, value for money and a good alternative to a brand name hotel for international travellers to consider.

酒店位置特別好找，距離火車站，機場都很近，酒店前台小姐姐服務特別熱情，服務很好，耐心講解，酒店衞生也很乾凈，對於訪客來訪，管控的也很好，會給提前通知，這點對於出差的女孩子來説，安全真的很貼心啊，出差的3天，果斷續住了，下次來廈門還會繼續入住

近日入住某酒店，體驗極佳。房間寬敞舒適，設施一流，服務態度更是讓人感到温馨如家。早餐豐富多樣，味道美味。交通便捷，位置優越。總之，這次住宿體驗讓我感到非常滿意，強烈推薦給需要入住的朋友們！
