Hotel molto carino con splendida vista sulla città. Pulito e soprattutto situato nella zona più comoda. Anche il servizio è fantastico. Altamente raccomandato👍🏻

La posizione era ottima e facilmente accessibile dal centro commerciale Platinum e dal mercato Pratunam. I dipendenti erano cordiali e disponibili. La camera dell'hotel era confortevole.

ho prenotato Vela Dhi Glow Pratunam prima durante il covid. e ho deciso di riprenotarlo, l'hotel era pulito e assicurava agli ospiti un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione dell'hotel era ottima e si trova proprio accanto a Starbucks e Mac e a solo 1-2 minuti a piedi dal mercato di Pratunam! e per non parlare del fatto che il loro bar e la piscina sono stati aperti in modo piuttosto vivace :)

La buona posizione e la qualità dell'hotel sono di alto livello. Torneremo di nuovo.

Service at the reception counter was top notch. When I requested to print out my air tickets, it was promptly done, no charge. There was a bad smell at our mini fridge and I forgot to inform Housekeeping but when we returned to our room at night, the smell was gone. So Housekeeping was also excellent. Bedding is so comfy and we slept very well. Con is that there is no window view from our room sadly because we were on the 18th floor Room 1801 which would have a perfect view in actual fact. Toiletries for showering was very good as well.

Clean hotel! Can consider. Need to walk a little bit but it’s fine as it’s directly opposite December mall!

Great location, 24 hrs Mac juz downstairs. Platinum mall oppositie. Lots of food option. Massage available at lobby. Clean and spacious room. Will come back again

Perfect location, easy to get to every where we wanted to get too, breakfast had good selection. check in was prompt.

Only the location is perfect, but u have to take the Shibuya mall lift up to level 7 lobby for check in and then change to another lift to the room, quite a hassle . So if ure urgent for toilet or something not very ideal. One more annoying thing is the doors can't close properly, u need to slam it really hard which really disturbs all the guest especially early in the morning, rooms are not soundproof also. . Another con is the towels smells bad, toilet flush also not strong, only thing strong is the Aircon. Pillows are super flat also not comfy. Prices for this hotel keep rising also. Don't feel it's worth it anymore so I won't be back.

Been staying this hotel for many times. Location is excellent which shopping and food are all nearby. Room very nice and comfortable but the pillow they provided both are very soft and thin type. You can request for firm pillow if needed. Train station around 8-10 mins walk from Chit Lom station.
