A differenza di altri hotel, dovresti informare il proprietario quando arrivi. È necessario chiedere al proprietario il piano e la password. Il cameriere nella hall è responsabile esclusivamente della registrazione dei volti per il controllo degli accessi. Ma il padrone di casa e la governante sono molto entusiasti e ci aiutano. Lo scenario è bello. Puoi vedere chiaramente l'isola di Gulangyu dall'altra parte.

La mia prima impressione quando sono arrivato all'appartamento è stata che la stanza non era grande come mi aspettavo, ma la pulizia della stanza era stata ignorata. Lo scenario fuori dalla finestra è davvero bellissimo. La vista diurna e notturna è così bella che non riesco a chiudere gli occhi, soprattutto guardare l'alba in bagno🌅 è meglio che dalla posizione nella stanza😂. A meno di 5 minuti dall'appartamento c'è il World Trade Center, dove è possibile acquistare tutti i tipi di beni di prima necessità. Non è lontano da Shapowei e il trasporto è molto conveniente. Anche il servizio di maggiordomo è molto buono e sostanzialmente risponde a tutte le richieste😘I noodles al tè e zucchero nero che ci sono stati presentati sono davvero buoni👍🏻. Ad essere onesti, se puoi vivere in una stanza in questa posizione a Xiamen, potresti non essere in grado di vedere una vista del genere, e una stanza con una vista del genere potrebbe non essere disponibile a questo prezzo😁😁quindi ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! ! Xiamen e tutti loro ci hanno lasciato una buona impressione e resteremo qui la prossima volta che torneremo. 😊

Le strutture dell'hotel necessitano di essere rinnovate. L'acqua calda è molto scarsa. I bagni sono in disordine. Non ci sono tavoli e tavoli da tè di base in casa. Anche l'igiene è molto scarsa .

This is my second time staying at Moka Seaview Apartment , and once again, it did not disappoint! The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Definitely my go-to hotel whenever I visit Xiamen. Highly recommended!"

Looked great in the listing but in reality it was not so much, room was reasonable size with a dated and somewhat run down decor, shower leaks so some of the floor boards are rotting away, shower is mouldy and not pleasant to shower in and towels are disposable which are not sufficient to dry me off. Window is very dirty so the view is impared, otherwise a decent view but once you have seen it once its not that interesting and you realise its not really worth paying extra for. Stayed here nights, it was ok (ish) but I was happy to move on.

Good view from the apartment everything is good except Disposable towels are not that useful! Walking distance to the shop around with good food

To stay at Xiamen’s tallest building, especially at this price, is just amazing. Waking up to views of the city and the surrounding mountains is a lovely start to the day. The room is spacious, and I would love to have sat down to have tea while watching the sky change. Below the apartment is a mall, so you literally have everything at your feet. Do contact the property before arriving!

Cozy stay with a superb view and location!! Totally recommended as a first timer to Xiamen and would stay again if we visit again. Owner and staffs were very kind and helpful with all queries. Even though the room is not big, there are two big cabinets with storage space enough to fit our luggage.

The directions given are for taking taxi and if you’re driving, you have to park near the residence lift lobby. Parking is on the expensive side. Location and view of the residence is good. But the registration procedure for foreigners is tedious especially for huge group. I hope the owner can make things easier by just taking photo of our documents instead of filling the complicated form with facial recognition required. Condition of the residence is acceptable and the operator has helped to topup the towel and slippers as they did not give sufficient amount initially.

Pretty easy to check-in. Just make sure to communicate to the owner! The room was clean and the view was ok. I think the rooms facing the water would be the best.

The view was amazing and the room was really big! Everything was clean and the service staff was very nice as well! The location is really nice to walk from and explore Xiamen.
