Enjoyed our stay here. We ate 3 times at the duck restaurant downstairs. It's the best duck we have had in 60 days spent in China. Mushroom and pine nut dish was also very good.
Clean and good size rooms. Helpful staff.
I would stay here again.

Overall, it was okay for a short stay. Once we arrived, they asked us if we wanted to upgrade the room given that the one we had booked (cheapest option) was on the highest floor where you could hear the AC a bit. After checking it out we did decide to upgrade the room given that we didn’t want to sleep with the white noise. The location is okay although it is right next to a big street and a few minutes away from the next metro station. For the price it was more or less okay.

Front desk was very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel location is just outside the wall, so it's very convenient to get to the scenic spots. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable, however there were a lot of bugs. Bathroom was inconvenient for guests that are not family or couples as the shower is see through and it is not in a separate room. Overall a good stay for the price!

พนักงานที่นี่ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสและน่ารัก แม้ว่าพวกเราจะสื่อสารกันได้เล็กน้อย แต่ก็เพียงพอแล้วให้การเข้าพักเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วและง่าย
ภายในห้องพักมีเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐานทุกอย่าง
สะอาด ทำเลที่พักอยู่ด้านหน้าถนนสามารถเดินมาหาอะไรกินได้ง่าย

我定的高級大床房 給我一個特價大床房 我找前台換了一個 還是一模一樣的特價大床房型 懶得再找前台了 我真是不明白 我衹見過免費升級房型的 沒見過掏了錢降房型的。空調死活打不開 一點動靜也沒。

房間很乾凈 特別是保潔阿姨給玻璃擦得彷彿不存在一樣 點贊 停車很方便 出門就是城牆 旁邊挨着西北大學 離南門 碑林博物館很近

這次西安的春節出行，有兩個非常滿意，一個是在兵馬俑偶遇的導遊，講解的非常專業，一個是住宿，就是這家的H酒店！説實話，來之前，先在攜程上訂了兩家酒店，一個是小南門附近的漢庭，一個就是這家H酒店，看網上的評論，我都是先看差評，對H酒店的差評，都是集中在：熱水不熱，空調不暖，來之前反覆諮詢前台的小李，讓我絕對放心，最後我賭了一把，放棄漢庭，漢庭不能保證有車位，價格也太貴700多一晚，來到H酒店，直接把車放在後院，到前台辦理入住，剛好遇到前台的小李，房間已經給我安排好了，觀景房，直接可以看到對面的城牆，房間設施、環境，都感到滿意，開水剛打開，也是沒有熱水，放了兩三分鐘，出了熱水，很熱，對網上差評的熱水不熱，我也消除了擔心，晚上去小南門吃夜市，回來累了，躺下就睡著了，對噪音，我也可以接受，如果新入住的客人覺得不能接受，完全可以入住對面！再説一下，酒店送了三天的自助早餐，我和愛人、孩子非常滿意，我訂的房間是標間，可我們是三個人，前台的小韋聽到我們三個人，馬上給我們每天多送了一份早餐，菜品豐富，種類繁多，熱菜、涼菜、素菜、葷菜、肉、奶、蛋、各種甜點、水果、飲品，在這裏，非常感謝前台的小李、小韋還有其他的服務人員，有一個細節，在吃早餐的時候，看到客人沒有拿餐盤在挑選食物，門口的工作人員，看到後，非常有眼力勁兒，趕緊送過去，點贊！謝謝你們！！最後，我再説一句，在攜程上訂過好多房間，幾乎沒有評價過，體驗並不是很好，這次，我對H酒店及酒店工作人員非常滿意！謝謝你們，謝謝攜程！
