多次來西安，這家是最好的，無論服務，環境，衞生，細節都非常好！交通也是便利，吃飯樓下就有早餐或者麪食，多走幾步還有西安飯莊，避開遊客式的混雜，，出行的體驗非常重要，房間空調也是能調節，鐘樓附近的都沒有這家好，值得大家捨近求遠，就是多做幾站地鐵出行而已。桔子水晶的確不錯！下次再來一定再入住，尤其離開時一瓶温暖的礦泉水把體驗感拉昇，細節值得點贊👍👍👍

本次的入住體驗真的超乎預期！房間佈置温馨又整潔，一進門就有回家的感覺，房間設施齊全，智能設備用起來超方便。床品柔軟舒適。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住很快，還貼心推薦了周邊好玩的地方。酒店位置也超棒，周邊有好幾個商場和便利店，出行、吃飯、購物都很方便。早餐種類豐富，中西餐都有，味道也不錯。給這次旅行增添了不少美好回憶，下次來這邊，肯定還選這家水晶！

這次入住水晶酒店體驗超棒，必須給這家酒店滿分好評！從預訂開始，工作人員就耐心解答問題，貼心熱情的服務、外出還會有熱水。酒店位置絕佳，周邊有很多美食、有好幾個便利店和商場，出行十分便利。還有酒店房間很大，床墊和床品都非常舒適，衞生間乾淨還是乾濕分離的，很方便！洗浴用品品質超高。房間還有香薰晶石、枕頭等都特別舒適，早餐豐富多樣，滿足不同口味，有特色小吃，無論是商務出差還是旅行，都強烈推薦，還會再次入住水晶！

衞生：吐槽一個跌宕起伏的經歷。
落地西安住進了桔子水晶，結果床上，被子裏有很多這種很長的頭髮，幸虧我是個短髮男，不然真解釋不清，叫來了服務員，問原因，竟然告訴我：是掃房阿姨掉的。我當時人都震驚了，沒換就沒換床單唄，掃房大媽也喜歡去被窩裡睡一會兒？？我對衞生問題是零容忍
不過當天確實處理的很快，換了房間，第二天也給了道歉信，還送了小禮物。我尋思都可能有失誤，也不容易，確認了道歉信是經理親自寫的，就想算了去趕飛機
過安檢，你猜怎麼著，安檢小哥異樣的眼光看着我，問這兩瓶酒店的洗髮水是您帶的？？我一臉震驚，發現竟然給我送了兩瓶。感覺我好像是個偷拿洗髮水被抓包的小偷
我就煩請貴公司，咱們做事説話都動動腦子，別讓真誠被這種無腦大打敗！！
多説兩句，連續早上8點那個門鈴就在響，我貓眼裡看見了推車，但是經理看監控説沒人我相信你，檢查一下是不是短接問題。淋浴間水龍頭，可以設計個卡扣吧，一開水就沖玻璃怎麼洗？

酒店房間乾淨衞生，智能加熱馬桶很方便。早餐種類豐富，味道好，很喜歡臊子麪和肉夾饃，味道很贊！位置也很好，有個超大停車場，出行坐地鐵也特別方便，工作人員服務特別熱情，很貼心的幫忙給小朋友禮物，下次還會選擇水晶

第一次來西安，選擇了水晶酒店，酒店位置很方便，出門就是地鐵口。早餐美種類特別多，很符合我的口味。一進酒店大廳，香氛特別好聞，環境超級好。房間乾淨整潔明亮，房間是智能客控的房間浴室還是乾濕分離的，重點是服務超級好，工作人員很熱情有禮貌，退房贈送了伴手禮和礦泉水，特別滿意的一次選擇，還會再次入住水晶。

酒店位置很好，從地鐵站步行2分鐘即可到達，門口打車也很方便，位置優越！酒店房間裝飾很有活力，挺適合年輕人的，房間都是感應的燈光還有電視窗簾，很智能化，衞生乾淨整潔！工作人員服務特別熱情，很有禮貌，早餐特別豐富，推薦！
