I got a stopover of 12 hours and thought it would be convenient to book a hotel. Eventually I booked this hotel and was very satisfied with my stay, I definitely think you won’t get any better hotel for this price. If you stay here just contact the hotel owner trough WeChat and she will pick you up from the airport with no extra costs. Also just show her your departure flight and she will drop you off at the airport. Very very happy!

Joan, of Hotel Yunjie, fetched us from Xian airport at 2.30am to the hotel; about 10mins drive. Room is standard n clean. Slept for five hours n she fetched us back to the airport to catch our next flight. All with no extra charges. I can’t speak Chinese. Communicated through wechat app n was given clear instructions where to meet be picked up 👍😃.

If you’re looking for a place near to the airport that’s the correct hotel. The room was clean, with towels and a great bathroom. The service was amazing, they brought me to the airport, so friendly. Again, despite the fact they didn’t know English, using google translate we could communicate.

老闆和老闆娘都很熱情，早上有飛機，老闆會早早地及時給我送到客運大樓門口，路程很短，10分鐘多一點，讓第二天有航班的朋友方便了很多。房間衞生也不錯，乾淨整潔，設備齊全，性價比很高。下次有機會還會再來這裏。真心不錯👍🏻

這是我第一次來西安由於航班在凌晨一點半才到達，所以選擇下榻位於機場邊的這家賓館，老闆很熱心地接機，還給我們推薦景點，賓館的環境對比起價格非常的划算，店家服務態度也非常好，老闆娘也很熱心。賓館還有飲水機可以接水。上午送機前，作為南方人的我很好奇這邊有沒有下雪，老闆和老闆娘還非常熱情地和我説哪裡可以看到雪，還和我説哪裡可以吃早餐，我感到挺開心舒服的，在這感覺到了店家提供的像家人一樣的情緒價值，所以在此呈上一條好評！

住過這麼多賓館，這家的服務絕對是數一數二的。工作人員熱情友好，一進門就有專人幫忙提行李，還細心地詢問我的需求。在入住期間，我遇到一些小問題，工作人員都能迅速響應並解決，讓我感受到了家一般的温暖，為他們的優質服務點贊！老闆娘服務態度特別好，耐心地解答我的各種問題，辦理入住手續時還主動為我升級了房間。

這次出行入住體驗簡直太讚了！必須好好誇誇他們的接機送機服務。從落地的那一刻起，就感受到了滿滿的關懷。提前溝通時，工作人員耐心又細緻，確認航班訊息不厭其煩。抵達後，接機師傅早早等候，臉上洋溢着熱情的笑容，讓人瞬間沒了旅途的疲憊。車上，師傅駕駛平穩，還貼心地介紹當地的風土人情。送機的時候同樣準時，整個過程中，工作人員和司機的態度都好到無可挑剔，讓我覺得自己備受重視。選酒店，服務真的太重要了，接機送機服務無疑是行業標桿，以後來這邊，我肯定還住這兒，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！房間佈置温馨舒適，空間寬敞明亮，裝修精緻且細節滿滿。床鋪柔軟又乾淨，床上用品親膚舒適。
