這家酒店給我感覺太棒了！非常不錯的一次體驗。
前台服務員非常熱情，入住看我帶着小朋友，送了我女兒一個髮箍，很好看。
出來玩，衣服多，有洗衣房很方便。
房間很大，舒適乾淨。
早餐得説一下，它家的麪是真的好吃，來西安怎麼能不旋個麪呢，儘管一天都在吃碳水，也不妨礙我大早上來碗麪，嗝～我飽了

工作人員服務熱情周到，從辦理入住到退房，始終面帶微笑，前台服務高效專業。客房服務非常細緻，房間打掃的很乾凈，每天都能及時補充所需物品。酒店的服務真的無可挑剔，遇到問題工作人員都能第一時間幫忙解決，讓人住得安心又舒心。房間的設施非常齊全，房間配備了舒適的大床、沙發、小圓桌、電視、空調、冰箱等基本設施。此外，房間內還提供了免費的瓶裝水和茶包，床品舒適，電視清晰，空調製冷制熱效果好。酒店的衞生非常好，衞生間沒有異味，床品乾淨整潔，讓人放心入住。酒店的早餐豐富多樣，有中式的粥、饅頭、包子、炒菜等，也有西式的麪包、牛奶、咖啡、沙拉等。早餐的品質非常高，口味也不錯，尤其是星程那碗麪，讓人回味無窮。餐廳環境好服務人員的態度也非常棒，讓我在享受美食的同時，也能感受到愉悦的用餐氛圍。
