The location is good, the room is clean, and the service is good. It's very cost-effective, so I'd like to stay again next time

Room is a little noisy as it’s next to a street with cars honking. Air conditioning is centralised so when it’s hot i have to open the window, and either live with the noise on the street or live with the stuffy air conditioning. The room is very small because the toilet took up too much space, there was barely any room to move around. With that said, the good things are that the staff are lovely and provided great service, the laundry service is wonderful and there’s an ah yi that helps you do your laundry and folds it nicely for you to collect. Food delivery gets delivered to your doorstep by a robot.

The room is clean and cozy! The staff are very friendly and always greeted us with a smile! The room is so high tech in which you can just ask XiaoDu to switch on and off everything in the room and even adjust the temperature of the air conditioner! The location of this hotel is very strategic, just a few meters away from Shaanxi Historical Museum and Dayan Pagoda, and near to Metro line 2 and line 4. The laundry service is free of charge which make it so convenient to us as the weather in XiAn is extremely hot! Besides, the hotel is also collaborating with tourism company and there is always a tourist guide on duty in the lobby. The packages she offers are reasonable and she will always guide you on where the locals will normally have their meals. Overall, this hotel is great! Definitely will be my first choice if I happen to visit XiAn in future!

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is well-kept, and the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The room was clean and modern, with thoughtful features and separate shower and toilet facilities, making it a convenient setup. Overall, it was a decent stay, and we would consider returning in the future.

My stay was pleasant until I realised the powerbank that I left in the room was missing. I sought help from hotel staff but was gaslighted. I was told to keep checking my room and luggage. I suspect their CCTV is even operational. It's a disappointing experience. Being a frequent traveller, this is my first time a powerbank is taken from the room, eventhough the Do Not Disturb sign was displayed. As it's my son's powerbank he's most affected by this experience.

Great place to stay. Near Datang Everbright City, Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. Very convenient location with lots of eateries and restaurants nearby. The service is great even helping my mum with free laundry. The room is very spacious and clean. Will definitely stay again if I visit Xi’an.
