Hotel is very nice and clean. One thing they need to do is room 8328 their was bes smell they need to keep some room freshnner. But staff was nice and helpful they help me change. Location is good.

This hotel was my favorite location in Wuxi to visit friends and explore the Plaza nearby. Every time I go to Wuxi, we’ll stay here!
Inside is beautiful, design is modern, beds are comfortable and the service is A+.

房間乾淨整潔，設施很好，二樓就有洗衣房，還有烘乾機和熨燙機。酒店有洗衣服務，洗衣房非常乾淨，沒有虛假宣傳，如果沒時間取衣服可以在洗衣房用小牌子標明，酒店會送到房間，非常方便。

房間很乾凈，酒店四周馬路通順，院內停車方便，出門左手邊就是菜市場，右手邊走不遠有個超市，對面是假日廣場，樓下小吃飯店比較多，出行方便，早餐不錯。

酒店內部設施完善，遠比酒店門面看起來的要好。乾淨衞生，工作人員服務態度很好。入住很愉快。酒店離無錫機電高等職業技術學校很近，走路十幾分鍾就到了。訂這個酒店，關鍵是看到他有免費停車場，酒店能幫忙報銷停車費，不熟悉周邊環境的人可以考慮這個酒店。

首先這家店是第二次入住，因為第一次各方面都挺滿意的才會選擇第二次，去的太晚所以晚班人員幫忙升級了房型為榻榻米，床的話挺舒服的，但是靠近內側的充電位置晚上一直亮着藍光且沒有東西可以遮擋，整晚睡的都不太好。
其次，第二天退房的時候，理解酒店普遍十一點開始問退房續房問題，但是直接上來就説延遲退房需要收25元，這一點聽着很不爽。在下樓退房歸還房卡的時候直接就説可否給個好評，還需要加微信給他發截圖，真的很想問這個女生一句，我是欠你的嗎？還是你是我領導，給好評就算了 還需要給你截圖發微信，如果説在大家做好自己工作的基礎上好評肯定會給的，不然不會選擇入住第二次，但這次真的很不滿意
ps：圖為充電位置藍光，關燈睡覺的情況下真的很刺眼

住的非常滿意！位置非常好找，就在馬路邊上，下樓打車或者吃東西都非常方便，房間和APP上的預覽圖一模一樣，酒店內部非常優雅整潔乾淨，內部設施非常齊全，有健身房還有洗衣室，樓道都散發清新的香味，體驗十分舒服
講實話花一兩百的價格就能住到這麼好的酒店真的性價比非常非常高，比之前四五百一晚的酒店還好！
