This hotel is ideal for the business trips and tourism. The location is nearby with the Li Hu lake, a lot of parks and walking areas. If you are a business man inside the hotel there is a special floor Deep Sleeping with some special devices and accessories, massage, it is really helpful after hard meetings. Also I am really appreciate for manager Mr Yang from this hotel for his support, he saved my bicycle and helped with the booking, and when I had a problem with my room immediately solved my problem. My best wishes, your hotel is my number 1 in Wuxi because of your staff, every time they are ready to help.

Good service by the hotel once I arrived the hotel someone help me to open the door and someone help me with the luggages until my room. That service staff is an elderly which I truly respected him for hold on this job responsibility. Check in procedure is fuss free as well. Kudos to all the staff there. We get to see a lot of fireworks from our room

The Hotel is very nice, and the breakfast was also very good, it should provide a better english speaking personalle.

The kids room and the bed was super cool. Other then that the service was very friendly and we can highly recommend the Hotel. On arrival we got some fresh fruits, the furniture was great, breakfast had everything and all was fresh. They allowed us to have a late check-out without being charged. All in all great experience for a family

酒店入住體驗特別好！中秋節來無錫玩，聽説這個酒店能看到煙花就定了這裏，價格也很合理。酒店離梅園、蠡園、黿頭渚都很近，住在這很方便。雖然颱風影響取消了煙花，前台春燕、小娟服務都很好，有需要都能及時響應，因為颱風還幫我們延遲了退房時間，特別人性化！呆在酒店能泡澡、投屏看電視，還有游泳池。以後有機會過來還會光顧

入住體驗很好，前台小侯辦理入住很快，加了微信管家式服務很貼心。小楊也是有求必應，服務熱情，注重客户體驗。房間按照小朋友的要求幫我們做了調整，小朋友也很喜歡。主卧能看到蠡湖，風景優美。停車也不需要收費，前台就有停車碼，出去掃碼領券就行，還算方便。總之，是一次不錯的親子入住體驗。 衞生：非常棒

這家酒店停車場很大，停車方便也有充電樁方便電車。環境優雅舒適，房間寬敞明亮，前台小萱同學態度熱情周到，點外賣也有機器人可以送到房間，距離黿頭渚很近，酒店後面就有個蠡湖。整體性價比高，強烈推薦給大家！

經常來，入住滿意的。前台小邵辦理入住熱情禮貌、簡單高效；小楊也幫了很多忙，有問題都迅速高效幫忙解決，專業又認真。房間安排的也很好，視野好，乾淨衞生。早餐品種多樣，性價比高。值得推薦。
