It's an OK hotel due to be a 5 star rating, did i expected more, probably yes. Is it worth? Definitely. the room is spacious and has at least mine, a great view. The free ticket to visit the cherry blossom park was really a nice surprise unexpected. Check in and check out flawless. My rank 3 star on facilities was due parking lot, i spent 15 minutes to find a vacancy lot. Hotel makes probably conventions/seminars and in the end, the guest has to suffer in hunting a parking space (i just knew had other parking area when i checked out, please, the 2 parking space should be connected in some way or better information about the 2nd parking lot).

晚上10點多孩子在某江之星酒店被吵鬧的睡不着覺嗷嗷哭，臨時果斷換酒店到喜來登，前台接待很熱情接待了我們，週末房型和房價變化很快，我們按攜程特惠房價訂了一晚，前台為我們預留了第二晚房，待網上最優價格出來再綁定新訂單，為客人考慮周到。當晚孩子睡的很安心，沒哭也沒鬧了，早餐也很豐富，下次來無錫還入住喜來登。

用了攜程那麼久，一直相信攜程的評分，無論是國際出遊，還是國內旅行，但是這次是真真實實的感覺到了上當！以後要多平台選擇一下了！！攜程推薦的無錫喜來登酒店，硬件設施簡直不如20年前的裝修標準的快捷酒店！ 骯臟的地毯，發黴的牆面，差勁的室內空氣！這種五星級酒店，還那麼高的評分，我不知道你們攜程是怎麼評定的！還是刷出來的好評！！基本要服務沒服務，要硬件沒硬件，我花1000多塊訂這樣的房間，攜程簡直是拿我當**！！這能達到五星級的標準嗎！！火車站的快捷小酒店也比這乾淨呀！！太上當了！！對無錫的印象因為這個酒店全毀了！！晚上我都不敢蓋酒店那發黃的被子睡覺！怕傳上我一身病！屋裡就跟一個悶罐一樣，一點沒有新鮮的空氣！憋的我哮喘都犯了！回家就去醫院了！希望攜程給我一個滿意的解釋

酒店地理位置真的太好了，2號線地鐵直達酒店廣場，哈哈！辦理入住的時候人非常多，生意真的太好了，但是排隊用的時長也不長，前台接待的Catherine一直微笑服務，令人暖心！房間視野開闊，佈局很方正，我很喜歡，有些房間格局不好住起來總感覺壓抑，但是這家就不會，推薦大家入住哦

服務細緻周到，入住前致電詢問住宿喜好和要求，提前辦理了入住，並且免費升級了房型，房間設施使用方便，交通和餐飲都好，令人滿意。健身房設備齊全、泳池很不錯。早餐種類非常豐富，味道極好。硬件條件和服務接待完全符合五星酒店的標準。

酒店位置真的不錯，地鐵2號線4號線就在酒店邊上，出行十分方便，馬路對面是湖濱萬達廣場，可以吃吃喝喝逛逛。酒店環境不錯高端大氣，打掃衞生的服務員很熱情，都點頭打招呼。早餐也很豐富，退房時前台還問我們車牌號是否已登記。非常好的一次入住體驗，不愧是五星級酒店。
