The hotel have friendly staff especially the front desk Miss Monica  very friendly and helpful.

Nice and clean property at nice location, very delicious breakfast with lots of variety, omelette was not in their menu but on my request they provide omelette to me

Located in a quiet suburb

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the Holiday Inn Express for its location.my late check-in and 3 nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

Quite nice hotel, Friendly staff but location is still in development. Rooms were clean and had enough Facilities but charge quite high fee for using. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Although we did not get to enjoy much beyond the hotel room, what we did experience was very comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options, and the hotel room itself was comfortable and clean.

前台工作人員小琳的服務熱情周到，辦理入住手續迅速又高效，還貼心地為我介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務。詢問附近可以逛的地方，小妹妹熱情推薦了附近 的金匱公園，景色確實不錯，櫻花很多，還是免費公園。夜裡壓馬路的時候還發現酒店後門有條小河，小河邊上的櫻花也別一番風味。酒店早餐種類頗多，吃到了葱油拌麪和煎餅，味道都很好，明年來旅遊還會選擇。

今天退完房就被假日酒店周邊的景色深深吸引住了，櫻花開的很美，車子也有車位和充電的地方。小龐接待親切動人，介紹了南長街的好去處，轉一轉體會到了江南獨有的風光。明年的春天我還會選擇這裏，因為這裏留下了美好的回憶。

這次出差入住體驗超棒！酒店位置得天獨厚，緊鄰商務中心，周邊交通樞紐眾多，大大節省通勤時間。房間整潔舒適，設施一應俱全。Nina工作人員服務熱情，響應及時，從辦理入住到解決需求，全程貼心。還提供豐富的早餐，營養又美味，下次出差還選這兒！

江南之水綠如藍，景色宜人，風景秀麗，來智選酒店一趟體驗無與倫比的服務態度，黿頭渚櫻花很美，酒店也很美，小龐人更美。入住的心情美好極了。下次我想我還會記得這裏，這個酒店，這個地方，甚至於再次來到。

陪家人來參加今年為無錫馬拉松，然後就在平台上看到了這家酒店感覺很不錯就訂了，房間挺大的也乾淨尤其在前台辦理入住的時候前台的Nora小妹妹服務特別好啊也很耐心回答我的各種問題哈哈，明年來陪跑再訂這家酒店
