The hotel is undergoing upgrades. The ceiling board are exposed. Heater was down, and not informed till we called the front desk to enquire. Its a smoking allowed hotel.

Regarding the issue of hot water supply, we have carried out a comprehensive maintenance on the boiler equipment to ensure that sufficient hot water can be provided to guests throughout the day. As for the dirty and messy condition of the rooms, it is a serious dereliction of our duty. We will strengthen the supervision and management of the guest room cleaning process, requiring our staff to clean the rooms more meticulously, including thoroughly removing the stains on the tables, promptly cleaning the trash cans, and dealing with and maintaining the moldy walls, so as to create a clean and tidy living environment for our guests. We will take this feedback as an opportunity to comprehensively improve the service quality and facility level of our hotel. We hope that we will have the opportunity to serve you again in the future and let you see our improvements and progress.

1.沒有暖氣，與描述不符。-17攝氏度，空調製熱很慢，噪音很大，在寒冷冬天解決不了問題。 2.不是禁煙房，與描述不符。房間裏異味很大（像坐進了網約車），衞生間裏裏煙味重。

本來看到評分有點低想訂另外的酒店的，但想想還是大牌酒店比較有保障就定了這個，房間衞生很不錯，也很安靜，前台小姐姐很熱情，送了我們早餐券

因為前一天晚上在青海湖住的名宿出了很多問題，沒有睡好，第二天去到茶卡果斷選擇了這種連鎖酒店，畢竟品牌放到那裡的，肯定不會差到那裡去，當天晚上七點多到的酒店，沒有定上大床房，當時和前廳經理商量了一下，果斷就給我們換了，服務確實贊，房間還配備凈水器，這對於這個季節想喝點温開水的人來説，太友好了，這家酒店值得推薦一下。

【房型】豪華家庭房，攜程預訂1160元/天。【硬件】 1、沒有空調，大概因為這邊的氣候用不上。 2、傢俱，兩床中間沒有牀頭櫃，彆扭。 3、牙具，3套；牙杯2個。 4、衞生間，狹窄，乾濕分離。淋浴間，下水不暢，洗完澡，水都要流到淋浴房外，單獨在洗漱池洗的腳。（酒店很快安排人處理了，凌晨還有修理人員值班，值得表揚） 5、衞生紙，無備用紙卷。 6、床品，床單上有臟點點，很明顯。床偏軟。 7、房間，寬敞，不擁蹙。窗户太高，有憋屈感。【早餐】 1、7：30-9：30。 2、樣式少。 2、聊量不足，好容易搶上一份炒麪，還是半生的。老公説，留下了炒麪陰影。【印象】這是本次行程中最貴的酒店。早餐如此簡陋、敷衍，嚴重對不起房價。【選擇】不會再次選擇入住。

離茶卡鹽湖景區很近，下高速很快就到了。停車很方便，附近餐飲也很多。房間很大，裝修簡潔大氣。還送了早餐，品種不多，很適合我的口味。

初來茶卡，搜尋了一下有維也納酒店，就果斷下單預訂。酒店前台工作人員服務熱情，房建乾淨整潔，酒店環境在茶卡也不錯。個人覺得靠馬路側的房間是首選（可觀日落，夜晚也不吵。美中不足就是因為西曬，夏季傍晚略感悶熱）。周邊餐飲多，購物方便。作為錦江旗下的連鎖酒店，一切工作都是標準化。退房時遺忘了件衣服，工作人員電話告知我，又快遞到我家，特別感謝！
