E'la seconda volta che ho soggiornato nel negozio di Sohei in estate 😊,  questa volta è con la madre di 74 anni e il bambino di 11 anni. ha stabilito la riproduzione di questo figlio genitore, che può soddisfare le esigenze di tutti noi. Il direttore è ancora così intimido che non appena entrato nel negozio ci ha portato il ciglio di cibo che abbiamo caduto la mattina presto, un buon esame di chiusura, e ha eliminato il caldo che abbiamo guidato per arrivare a mezzogiorno. Ci sono un grande pezzo di ciliegio e lobo prima del popolo, che è davvero un buon film in questa stagione. Il giorno dopo, mia madre e'andata a casa mia per gustare il caffè di latte. Purtroppo non e'nel fine settimana, altrimenti voglio davvero provare il pranzo privato 😊.Non importa, lascia un po'di dispiacere, torna la prossima volta.

Abbiamo un bel soggiorno all'hotel Kailaixi. Tutto è perfetto. Posizione perfetta, personale super amichevole e utile, bel colazione e camera pulita. Non possiamo chiedere di più. Questo hotel è stato una piacevole sorpresa. La posizione è molto conveniente per il viaggio, hanno una pick-up gratuita alla stazione ferroviaria Wuhan. In pochi minuti da Didi si può facilmente arrivare al centro di Wuchang, che è pieno di ristoranti e attrazioni familiari.
Il servizio è molto gentile e il personale molto amichevole, mi hanno aiutato gentilemente con alcune piccole questioni.
La stanza è pulita e bella e c'è un robot che fornisce merci nella stanza.
Il manager prima di andarci ci ha dato un piccolo regalo che è stato davvero apprezzato durante il viaggio a casa.
Il prezzo è affidabile e certamente considererò questo hotel di nuovo per i miei viaggi a Wuhan.

Le pareti esterne dell'hotel sono in fase di ristrutturazione e la posizione è molto comoda. A pochi minuti dalla strada pedonale, gli amanti del cibo possono anche cercare il cibo della lista. La ragazza alla reception, la zia delle pulizie, ha un ottimo atteggiamento di servizio e pazienza. L'unico rammarico è che l'effetto insonorizzante della camera d'albergo è troppo scarso. La notte successiva il russare dell'uomo della porta accanto si sentì proprio sulla testata del letto. Fortunatamente, il capo della stanza era dotato di tappi per le orecchie e ci volle molto tempo per addormentarsi. Al momento del check-out, ho detto alla ragazza alla reception della situazione. La giovane donna ha registrato una visita di ritorno e ha presentato due lattine di Coca Cola scusandosi e ha elogiato sinceramente il servizio di alta qualità della giovane donna!

Dovrebbe essere la prima scelta ogni volta che viene Wuhan. L'hotel ha le caratteristiche della Repubblica popolare da non dire che il personale è sempre generoso e gentile, ha bisogno di essere. Anche il suo occhio è molto attento alla pressione del periodo della Repubblica popolare. La posizione geografica è eccellente. L'hotel è vicino alla strada di cammino di Wuhan Road, il porto di Wuhan Chiu, la stazione di metropolitana per dieci minuti di cammino, L'altra parte è il museo scientifico e tecnologico di Wuhan, che non può finire tutto il giorno.
Perché ci sono bambini, tutti scelgono le camere a letto matrimoniale. 1.35 metri di letto non è davvero troppo amichevole. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, di fronte a Impression City, al piano di sotto c'è la strada degli snack, a circa 1 km nove possono mangiare i migliori gamberi di Wuhan.
La camera è pulita e ordinata, con una bella vista, ma il pavimento del bagno è un po' scivoloso. Ho sempre la sensazione che il bagnoschiuma non sia stato pulito. Il latte e la merenda vengono forniti la prima notte del soggiorno. È una piacevole sorpresa. Non ho riscontrato altre pulizie in seguito. L'insonorizzazione della camera è nella media. , Ma accettabile. L'aria condizionata funziona bene.
La colazione è al 2° piano. Ho sempre la sensazione che l'ascensore sia molto lento durante le ore di punta. Il tipo di colazione è relativamente semplice, ma non è così importante fornire la tipica pasta secca calda di Wuhan.
In generale, l'entusiasmo del personale di servizio è molto buono. Le stanze del corridoio forniscono tutte acqua potabile Jingtian a sufficienza, che è molto premurosa e degna di una scelta per gli uomini d'affari.

LLove ShrewsburyWow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. 1) le letti sono duri. Ho soggiornato a Modena in passato. Non ricordo che i letti erano abbastanza duri. Ma pensavo due volte prima di rimanere di nuovo. Letti inconfortabili sono un accordo di rottura.
2) ci sono 0 plug USB nella stanza. I sockets di parete hanno bisogno di un'aggiornamento seria.

LLTE' stata la mia seconda volta che sono rimasto in questo hotel, ma è molto deluso per il servizio in questo momento. Situato in buona posizione, le condizioni delle camere e delle strutture sono ancora in buona forma, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di metro di Fanhu e vi è anche il Paradise Mall vicino alla stazione di Fanhu. Ci sono alcuni negozi, bar e club sotto il centro aperto dell'hotel.
Il servizio era scarso in questo momento, ci siamo accolti alle 2:00 senza traffico pesante sul desk front, perché rimase per 3 notti così richiesto per un piano superiore, il personale mi ha detto che non c'era una stanza ordinaria disponibile al piano superiore, ma una disponibile con un pilastro all'interno della stanza, Ma visto che la stanza era buia dopo aver visto, mi chiedei di cambiare in un altro, poi mi arrangi una con forte odore di sigaretta, alla fine solo fino a quando la terza stanza sarebbe buona, ma già quasi alle 4:00, Mi chiedo solo perché la stanza non poteva essere fornita in primo luogo.
La seconda incidenza era di DND, abbiamo certamente spinto il pulsante DND prima di partire e tornare, il DND era disattivato e la stanza era pulita, ci siamo sentiti ridicoli, perché non abbiamo chiuso nulla nella nostra stanza, E non c'è nessuna sicurezza all'interno della stanza.Fortunatamente la seconda notte
In generale, l'hardware dell'hotel è buono in questo momento, ma spero che il personale possa essere addestrato per affrontare le situazioni. Ad esempio, quando ho chiamato e ho detto che la stanza ha forte odore di sigarette e vorrei cambiare la stanza, la signora del desk front insisteva per chiedere alla signora pulita di venire a curare, pensavo come il pulitore avrebbe potuto curare la situazione? Poi la signora pulita è venuta a dire di aprire la finestra e la porta ....I era senza parole e chiamare il desk front di nuovo prima che il tizio che mi ha aiutato mi ha controllato in risposta e assicurarsi che la prossima camera (3a camera) sarebbe buona.

Inizialmente ci mettiamo in una stanza davanti alla strada, ci chiediamo di essere trasferiti verso il retro dell’edificio, ci hanno trasferiti, che era bello; ma ci mettiamo al 8° piano, direttamente sotto il ristorante dell’hotel al 9° piano. Il personale trascinava tavoli e sedie intorno alla stanza fino a 20.00 e cominciò di nuovo a 5.30. Non era un sonno tranquillo.

First and foremost, one aspect that stood out to me was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere that boasted cleanliness and tidiness. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it made me feel instantly at ease and comfortable.
One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the buffet breakfast. The variety and quality of food available were simply outstanding. Whether you prefer Western or Asian cuisine, there was something to suit every palate. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, made-to-order omelets, and much more. It was an absolute culinary delight to start my day with such a sumptuous and satisfying meal.
The hotel's gym facilities were also worth mentioning. As a fitness enthusiast, I greatly appreciated having a well-equipped gym that was accessible at any time. The machines were in excellent condition, and the gym itself was spacious and bright. It was a pleasure to work out while enjoying panoramic views of the city. The hotel staff also provided clean towels and water, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable workout experience.
Apart from the gym, another impressive feature was the swimming pool. It was a splendid oasis, offering a refreshing escape from the bustling city. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing ambience. I thoroughly enjoyed taking a dip and unwinding after a long day of exploring Wuhan.

Overall, the Marco Polo Hotel in Wuhan City provided an exceptional experience that I highly recommend. From the cleanliness to the delectable buffet breakfast, from the well-equipped gym to the tranquil swimming pool, this hotel surely knows how to pamper its guests. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay and cannot wait to return in the future.

MMohamedSomerset Zhuankou Wuhan hotel is a very nice place to stay with family. We stayed 2 nights in 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is spacious, each room has a TV with 45 channels ( 5 or 6 in English). The furniture is modern and looks very new. there is a very good kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water kettle, toaster, huge fridge, and reasonable cooking utensils. There is a washing machine and dryer and stand to dry up your clothes. Technically, this apartment can accommodate 7 people in some ways.
Breakfast is nice, it has Chinese cuisine and also items for non-chinese or Asians like boiled eggs, rice, coffee, tea, milk, juices, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, bread, butter, jam, cookies, some hot plates. So breakfast is more than ok.
It has a nice swimming pool and a small pool for kids. Suna is also there (opened only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 pm). there are kids playing ground, ping pong table, and a world-class gem.
The location is not very far from Wanda plaza ( 12 RMB by didi- 3 km away) and also another Eaon mall that is a bit far. There is a grocery shop just beside the hotel where you can get very nice bakery stuff, anything you want fruits, vegs, drinks, meat, chicken and also they do have food court to eat on sot from a menu. This grocery shop has fantastic seafood and huge crab, lobster..etc you name it.
The front desk is standard style so you will get answers if you ask questions. Although they are straight forward and locally trained they are kind or lack somerset and ascot hospitality that I got in different locations like Jakarta for example where they are very helpful, warm, hospitable and smile and pleasant all the time. Saying so doesn't mean that your stay will be by all means less enjoyable as you will get all your concerns answered. It is just you need to tell them and they will reply.
Housekeeping and kitchen are very warm and nice ladies and they are down to earth, hospitable, and always ready to help just bring your google translate and there are no problems at all.

BBecca-Mary-JaneChe splendido hotel boutique di tipo chic in una posizione ideale per esplorare la zona culturale di Hankou Bund, il luogo ideale per un passo lungo il parco fluviale, il fondo, le strade posteriori e i principali negozi fluviali. La nostra camera ha guardato il fiume Yangtze, così abbiamo avuto una splendida mostra di luce lungo la banca del fiume ogni notte fino alle 10:00. La camera era pulita, il letto era grande e comodo, e siamo stati felici per il bagno (con doccia separata). Il personale era sorprendente e, nonostante la nostra mancanza di cinese, era molto utile e ci avrebbe sempre trovato un oratore inglese se necessario. Il colazione era sano e variabile, con tutto da Pastrie a Re Gan Mian. L'hotel disponeva di un sacco di strutture che abbiamo usato, dalla stanza lavanderia completamente riempita (grande come se avessimo viaggiato un po'), giornata di fitness e un bar al tetto di fab con terrazza.

KKAN See YemThe staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. The premises were kept in tip top condition and spotless, a feeling of brand new. The hotel lobby was simply magnificent. Made me felt like a VIP. The breakfast at the revolving restaurant was without question superb - wide range of Chinese, Western and local specialities. The Metro station entrance was only 5 minutes walk. Between the station and the hotel were full of eateries, convenient stores and flowers shops. This hotel is highly recommended. My wife and I had a lovely time.
