Had an amazing stay at this hotel, the location is pretty convenient because the subway is right next to the hotel. Most staff members can speak English and their breakfast options are amazing, there’s a lot of great dishes to choose from. Will definitely be coming back!

Very Nice hotel. Extremly clean. Freindly and helpfull staff. Even though that i dont speak chineese, and not every staff member speaks english, they did their very best to please us. Using differentiere kind of apps to translate. That helped us as guests very much. ALL staff members deserve a raise🙏🏻 Unfortynatly, i dont have many pictures of hotel room. But i loved the extras♥️ Best regards Brian

Although managed by Hilton, no English Menü in the restaurant, only local Chinese TV, empty minibar, no shop, no lobby bar, stupid delivery robot blocked the elevator entrance when we wanted to get out. All in all a shame for the Hilton brand.

歡朋一直是我們出行的第一選擇。這次回湖北探親，已經是自去年以後第二次入住經開區的歡朋，前台服務一如既往周到熱情，給人賓至如歸的感覺。 見到隨行有小朋友，前台經理也給驚喜地升級的房間，並主動提供了小孩的洗漱用品和小童拖鞋，孩子感覺很開心🥳； 這裏衞生環境感覺非常棒，一如既往高標準，打開房間乾淨整潔明亮又舒適，周邊緊靠地鐵三號線，離大型商業中心永旺夢樂城也衹有6公里打車🚗也方便。吃好吃的不用去市區，直接去永旺就有好吃的好玩的，簡直讓人眼花繚亂。我們離店後發現蘋果電腦插座頭忘記拿，客服部關懷經理也幫我們積極尋找到了，非常感謝🫶。除了酒店前台關懷經理的貼心和周到服務，這裏最最吸引人的還是豐富多樣的營養早餐🥣，有熱乾麪，牛肉粉，各種新鮮的主食，蔬菜和水果，甜點🍮，還有令人鬆弛的美味香濃的咖啡☕️。 整個用餐體驗也非常愉悦😁。最後再特別表揚下做麪食🍝的兩位阿姨，積極熱情，麪煮得很好吃😋！在保證各方面品質的基礎上，有優秀的服務加持，這就是希爾頓歡朋留給我們一家三口的美好印象！

環境不錯，停車方便，酒店細節處理很好，住的很舒服，睡的也不錯，高層視野很開闊，也不會覺得吵。這次選擇希爾頓是因為領證了，紀念一下，以後會常來的，第二天退房前台小姐姐還送了紀念品，很貼心。喜歡這家酒店的朋友們不要錯過哦~~
