酒店地理位置很好，出門幾分鐘就是地鐵，出行很方便，對面就是武商，樓下就有茶顏悦色和瑞幸，附近步行20分鐘就有很多小吃。
酒店的裝修很新，房間很大，衞生細節除了剛入住時發現馬桶裏有幾根長頭髮沒有處理乾淨，其他都還是很不錯的。就是電梯到大堂出入都要刷卡，兩人入住的時候，如果其中一人要進門，一人待在房間內，沒有房卡就會很不方便。酒店隔音做的不錯，睡覺很安靜，還讓提前入住了，這點很人性化！
酒店早餐的種類很少，味道也不行，牛奶是奶粉沖的，如果房間是花錢的含早，真心覺得不值這個價，建議還不如去附近外面吃。
酒店前台的工作人員面對來來往往進出路過前台的客人，也不會熱情的打招呼問好，辦理入住和退房時，前台工作人員也根本沒有一點點笑容，但這都不是什麼特別嚴重的問題，本可以給好評，但卻發生了一件很無語很害怕又很可笑的事情。
因為我和我先生是大清早自駕過來的，開了一上午的車很疲憊，所以入住第一天下午就在房間睡覺休息，在下午四點左右我們睡得迷迷糊糊，突然有人敲門我就醒了，本以為可能是隔壁的客人走錯了房間，但聽到外面的人並沒有走開，所以我趕緊坐起身看着門口，並叫醒了我先生，叫他趕緊起來去外面看看是什麼情況，結果他拖鞋都還沒穿好，我就聽到了刷我房間門卡的聲音，我還想着隔壁客人不可能刷得開我的門，結果門居然真的被打開了，真的差點把我嚇尿了，門被推開後，對方可能是聽到我先生走過去問是誰呀，然後被打開的門又被趕緊關上了，我先生趕緊開門去問什麼情況，結果那個男的説是酒店經理跟他説1503的窗户壞了，需要維修…………可你們是知道這間房是有客人在住的，而且就算房間內有什麼壞了需要修，你也不能敲門後認為沒人在，馬上就直接刷卡闖進房間，不是麼？正常情況不是應該先打電話詢問一下我們是否方便，應該徵得我們同意才能進來嗎？你們又不是沒有登記我的手機號。就敲那麼一下門，也沒有多敲幾下，也沒有大聲問裏面是否有人，也沒有説明情況，就這樣直接刷卡進來？實在是太沒有安全感了，也沒有得到最起碼的尊重。我先生不是我叫醒都還在繼續睡，好在我睡眠淺，一敲門我就醒了，不然房間突然闖入一個陌生人都沒人知道，這與在自己家突然闖入一個小偷的被驚嚇程度有什麼區別？就算我們確實不在房間，你們也不可以沒跟我們打招呼就直接進來，不是嗎？就先不説什麼侵犯私隱權了，如果是一個小女生入住酒店碰到這種情況，陌生男人直接刷卡闖入，這不得嚇個半死？
被吵醒後我們就再也睡不着了，越想越感到背脊發涼，越想也越氣氛，五點多我們就下去向前台反應了該問題，前台當時是個小男生，我先生雖然非常生氣，但語氣也沒有非常不好，更沒有爆粗口，前台的小男生也在給我們小聲道歉，但他支支吾吾的也確實不知道該説什麼好。
我們在這住了兩晚，第三天才走，第一天剛入住就發生的事情，到現在酒店都沒有積極主動的處理此事，在客人提出問題後沒有一個工作人員第一時間去解決、溝通或道歉，至今連個慰問或道歉的電話、短訊都沒有，可想而知酒店領導並沒有很重視該問題，管理特別差，這件事導致我們入住體驗感極度極度差。我們住過全國各地這麼多酒店，也是第一次發生這麼不可理喻的事情，真是荒唐至極！

雖然説因為國博食品展會和刀郎演唱會導致了酒店價格的瘋長，相對來説這家酒店還是比較可以的。衞生和房間的格局超預期，酒店給我按排的是一個頭房，房間特別寬敞，採光也特別不錯。唯一的美中不足的就是這兩天武漢颳大風，過道里的一個安全門咕咚咕咚響，希望酒店能把這個門密封做好就能杜絕這個異響。

位置理想，距地鐵數分鐘達，鄰近武商大型商場，購物飲食方便。
大堂舒適，有免費咖啡紅茶，服務人員殷勤，設施充足，地方整潔。
房間明亮，電源數量足夠，水壓充裕，還有免費洗衣乾衣服務。
除附近高架路及大型地盤工作躁音，酒店隔音有待改善，但仍可接受，整體滿意。
下次到來仍會入住。

一是地段超好，適合商旅羣體。步行5分鐘可到2號線中山公園站E出口，可直達漢口站、天河機場T3、江漢路步行街，地處武商商圈，酒店周邊有許多飲食店、小超市；二是酒店客房面積超大，床品不錯，衞生間和淋浴間、洗臉盆分開設定，裝修挺不錯，大堂、前枱佈置前衞；三是服務質量好，前台服務耐心、幽默，客房衞生打掃及時、每個房間日供4瓶礦泉水、2片蒸汽眼罩，這在同類酒店少見。三是自助早餐品種和味道尚可，但定價58元似乎貴了點，寶子們可訂不含早的房間，早上出酒店正門，到右側眾多小吃店覓食，人均10元花費足矣。

感覺是新裝修的 酒店的環境很好衞生也不錯，一切看起來都很新。服務還可以，有求必應，房間有免費的洗漱用品，和飲用水。
大堂的廁所 洗衣間 健身室 需要拿着房卡刷卡才能進，上午退房了之後、在大堂等出租車的時候想去廁所還要向服務人員説明給刷卡才能上廁所挺bug的。

作為一名酒店業主來談談這次的入住體驗吧。5分評價是基於後續處理問題的態度給的分哦，同行深知這行的不易，但還是希望酒店能夠重視更多細節問題。
優勢：地理位置優越，離協和醫院和地鐵超近，出行很方便，酒店的裝修和大部分硬件設施還是可以的，房型方正，空間大，臨近馬路，隔音不錯，工作人員都很好，入住期間碰到問題都比較積極處理，態度也不錯，客人提出問題不會第一時間去辯解，而是解決問題，這點還是要給予肯定的。不足：細節衞生做的不到位，當然這點不能全怪保潔，因為我知道阿姨在趕房的時候有些細節會遺忘，這很正常，這種情況下查房的人員至關重要，我的房間這麼多問題存在，一項都沒檢查到那就不是很應該了，希望酒店方能加強查房力度，確保為客人提供良好的入住體驗感。個人建議：在客人對衞生提出意見的時候，客房的電話📞不靈敏，前台一直聽不到客人在説什麼的時候，客人不滿情緒將升級，另外我已經有不滿情緒的時候，一開始並沒有工作人員主動來房間與我溝通，而是由冷冰冰的機器人給我送了幾個一次性杯子上來，從同為酒店經營者和酒店住客來説，如果反應問題的第一時間出現在門口的是工作人員而非機器人，哪怕是一聲抱歉都能緩解我的不滿情緒。當然，第二天因手不小心扎傷，問前台有沒有創口貼的時侯，有位女工作人員親自送上來了，並對昨天的問題進行了道歉，這也是直接消除了我對此次入住的不滿情緒。總的來説，除了細節衞生需加強，其他的都挺不錯的，推薦入住。

類似長沙黃興路，這裏也是類似武漢長江西邊的宇宙中心的位置，打車方便，外賣方便（在房間就可以直接點到很多熱門的小吃，三台機器人直接送到門口），吃飯方便（萬松園），去知音號（正好遇到知音號復航第一天）之類的景區也方便。房間可能是整層樓最大的一間客房，舒適寬敞，電視很大而且投屏非常方便，窗外就是武商Mall的大屏幕。

2號地鐵口邊上，走走幾百米，很近，去哪裡都方便。房間乾淨整潔，也很安靜。工作人員也很熱情周到，而且吹風機真的很好用。推薦推薦，下次還來。
