I just had another wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel which has become my second home If I feel so good in this hotel it is for sure due to the entire team who does a remarkable job The whole team was fantastic as usual but this time of the year the atmosphere had a really Christmas spirit, everyone was happy and in a good mood as usual , even if it is not Christmas the team have always a lot of joy and of kindness I booked my stay at last minute and it was a sensational surprise to discover this city during the seasons holidays In fact Wroclaw , have one of the most popular Christmas markets in Europe. Start from middle of November and ends on 7 January The decorations are magical and there is a very good atmosphere throughout the city, and I was very lucky during my stay. I had blue skies and sunshine every day The Hotel received five stars this year as unique in the world as AC Hotel by Marriott If this hotel has five stars of course it is in relation to the standard, the historical buildings, the location in the city ,the decoration and the extremely comfortable Rooms and facilities , I always enjoy the pool 29 degrees and jacuzzi 34 degrees all year around. but what makes the big difference is the professionalism of the whole team For example at the front desk, the team is always very nice and professional I would like to thank Daria who was there for our check-in she was as always nice and kind On top of all Marlena did an exceptional job during our stay, she is very responsive and efficient, extremely professional and always smiling I would also like to take this opportunity to thank and congrats the housekeeping teams who are making an exceptional job, the rooms are always very clean. La targa con la classificazione a cinque stelle all'ingresso di questo hotel, in un modernissimo edificio a circa 10 minuti dal centro storico, mi sembra forse concessa con troppo generosità. A mio parere si tratta di un discreto 4 stelle ma nulla di più. E' anche l'unico hotel del gruppo Hilton presente in città, quindi se siete clienti affezionati della catena la scelta è quasi obbligata. Iniziamo con alcune considerazioni sull'edificio che ospita l'hotel: ha una curiosa forma ovale, e le 189 camere dell'hotel Doubletree occupano il primo e secondo piano. Negli altri piani vi sono un residence e numerosi uffici. Con questo curioso layout, con l'hotel che si estende in orizzontale anzichè in verticale come la maggior parte degli hotel, con circa 90 camere per ogni piano, il risultato è che se vi capita una delle camere più lontane dagli ascensori dovete percorrere oltre 100 metri ogni volta che andate in camera, ovvero quasi un km al giorno. Buona idea per mantenersi in forma, ma forse non apprezzabile da tutti i clienti.. Le camere sono molto belle e spaziose, con arredamenti moderni e dotate di ogni comfort. Migliorabile però il servizio di housekeeping: nonostante il cartello ”non disturbare” e la porta chiusa a doppia mandata la mattina mi sono trovato la cameriera che è entrata in camera senza bussare, e ovviamente senza minimamente scusarsi. Per il personale della reception il giudizio è un po' contrastante: accanto a personale di altissima professionalità e cortesia che ho incontrato il giorno della partenza, all'arrivo ho trovato addette scortesi e sbrigative, come se il cliente (pagante) per loro fosse solo un elemento di disturbo. Di buon livello la colazione, peraltro allineata a tutte le strutture del gruppo Hilton che ho visitato in Polonia, e sopra gli standard di molte altre nazioni europee. Avrei voluto provare il ristorante dell'hotel, ma alle 20 ho visto solo un paio di tavoli occupati e la cosa non mi ha convinto, ho allora optato per uno dei numerosi, e più attraenti, ristoranti ospitati nel cortile interno dell'edificio. Prezzo medio attorno ai 100-120 euro a notte, colazione esclusa, sopra la media di hotel di parii livello in Polonia.

Assolutamente sovraffollato, ore di coda alla reception, camere disponibili solo la sera, nessun posto auto nel parcheggio multipiano per gli ospiti (adibito a parcheggio multipiano pubblico). Quindi se vuoi stare qui a Natale, dovresti cercare un hotel più tranquillo. Ne vale sicuramente la pena 30 € in più. Purtroppo l'elaborazione di massa. Le camere sono pulite e ordinate e il personale fa sicuramente del suo meglio. Ps. Se prenoti su Trip.com, assicurati che le impostazioni di prenotazione non cambino durante il processo di prenotazione. Il prezzo cambia e rimani senza colazione. Dopo aver provato due volte, abbiamo deciso di prenotare la colazione in loco, il prezzo era comunque accettabile.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione ideale a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dal centro commerciale. Siamo arrivati 45 minuti prima di entrare e speravamo di poter prendere la nostra stanza, ma ci sono stati detto che ci sarebbe stato un onere 40PLN. Possiamo lasciare il nostro bagaglio, tuttavia, le camere sono grandi e spaziose, ma un po' stanche. Ma erano puliti e avevano tutto quello che ci serviva. Il colazione era molto deludente. Il salsa era come i cani caldi di una tintura e aveva un gusto molto fragile. Ci sono stati misti vegetali come il cauliflore e i broccoli che non erano quello che volevamo la mattina; ci sono stati portati uova scramblete, ma siamo affogati in sale; il pane era asciutto e non c'era neanche un toast. Non siamo dei cibosciati, ma non è stato per il nostro gusto.

Lovely little hotel in a perfect location . Rooms nothing fancy but clean and well thought out. 24 hr bar was useful , although not a big selection of drinks we used it on our first evening after arriving. We didnt book breakfast but plenty cafes and bakeries around, we visited Jolie Brasserie twice and sat in the park ( after the opera house) with fresh rolls, coffee and pastries twice . The location is perfect for the market square . We also visited the little square behind the opera house and wandered down towards the canal to Domek and Fosa a lovely little bar/ restaurant. Wasabi is a busy bar and resturant outside the hotel with great cocktails . Hotel kept our cases on our last day as we had a late flight.

Ho prenotato perché la posizione era buona e le recensioni per il colazione erano buone. Il caffè e il tè libero, il check-in rapido, una camera calda e pulita con molto poco rumore dall'esterno dato la sua vicinanza al centro della città. Le camere sono state pulite quotidianamente e le tole sono cambiate. Il colazione è stato fantastico! Tutto, da formaggio e salata a waffle, uova schiacciate, salsa polacca e torta di spina dorsale! Le waffle e torta di spina dorsale erano le migliori! Quando uscivamo alle cinque di lunedì mattina c'era un pranzo pacchetto pronto per il nostro volo. Molto apprezzato. Non abbiamo usato la piscina e la sauna. Ci rimarremo certamente in futuro. Il personale era anche super utile e tutto era in un'atmosfera molto piacevole rilassata.

That place is the worst I ever had a displeasure to deal with. We've made reservation for two apartments but had to cancel one of them few weeks before our trip due to circumstances. First they charged us for both apartments even they said payment on arrival. When contacted for any explanation and refund they've asked for bank details (they charged credit card and refund suppose to go there). The next they they charged us again but this time for one apartment. No word of refund though. At some point they stopped to answer our calls or answer to emails. We had no clue when or if we'll get our money back. They before arrival we received a txt message informing lift will be out of order into days. On arrival appeared lift is already out. Receptionist pretend she has no idea about it even though lift is next to receptio and there is huge sign out of order on it. Now the funniest thing....our apartment was on 6th floor. No apology about the lift. No apology about the over charges. I understand this place was cheap but some customer service would be nice. Obviously they don't care about possible return of their customers. We received our refund eventually after two weeks.

Ho soggiornato 3 notti in questo Aparthotel, stanza a tema Scotland davvero molto bella e spaziosa. Buona la pulizia anche se migliorabile in pochi aspetti, dotata di tantissimi confort. Letti comodi, bagno super confortevole con ampia doccia, cucina ben attrezzata anche se non ho mai avuto modo di utilizzarla. Un'enorme vetrata da un tocco di classe alla stanza. L'Hotel si trova in una stradina silenziosa a pochi passi dalla via pedonale che porta al Municipio e alla piazza del Mercato (5 minuti a piedi) e a pochi metri dalla fermata del Tram/bus. Il palazzo che ospita l'Hotel è davvero molto bello e pulito, con possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in un cafè attaccato all'Hotel. Alla reception il persona è stato molto disponibile. Esperienza meravigliosa, ci tornerei molto volentieri.

As a family we stayed here in May earlier this year. I've stayed at this hotel many times now and it's always the first place I look at when I'm booking my return to Wroclaw. What has always stood out at this hotel is how excellent and helpful the staff are. Some have come and gone over the years, both in reception and the breakfast area but there are still some familiar faces and they are always more than happy to assist. I've stayed in a few different rooms at the hotel and as mentioned on a previous review some of the rooms do need an upgrade, not all but some do. The ones that have been upgraded are really excellent. In no way luxurious but clean, comfortable, tidy and modern - perfect for what I'm looking for in a city break hotel. The rooms that haven't been upgraded - most from what we've stayed in are fine, especially for a lads weekend, the odd one that we've stayed though probably did need an overhaul but generally speaking the non upgraded rooms are OK as well. The breakfast, as ever offers more than enough to start the day. Fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cereals. It's not the most extensive and some people may want more than what's on offer but if its included in your stay it's good value. Location - again as mentioned many times, is excellent - a short walk to the main square and well positioned for jumping in and out of taxi's if you want to go a but further afield. As with all my previous reviews I give it 5*'s again, that's based on the value in relation to the location, the standard of the hotel, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast and as important as all those things - the staff, they always push it over the line when I come to reviewing the hotel. I'm about to book my trip to Wroclaw for the Xmas, it's highly likely we'll be staying here again,

Hotel con buon rapporto qualità prezzo, pulito, arredi essenziali, letto comodo, camera ampia e riscaldata Personale alla reception non proprio disponibile. Se pagate in struttura chiedete pagamento in moneta locale, loro vi faranno pagare in automatico in euro, ciò comporta una commissione da parte loro piuttosto alta. Questa è stata l'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta. Per il resto è una struttura decente, buona posizione, a pochi metri un centro commerciale dove mangiare se si vuol stare in zona. Colazione a pagamento costosa e non adeguata, di fronte l'hotel trovate un ortima e carina caffetteria dove far colazione.

We stayed here about 3 weeks ago, the hotel is in a fantastic location, the staff cannot do enough to make your stay so enjoyable, our room was very hot and we couldn't keep windows open all night due to traffic noise, the staff had a lovely big electric fan sent up to the run and also offered us another room if we wanted ;-) We stayed in the room as there were only 2 night to go. We will definitely be stopping here again on our next visit!
