Assolutamente sovraffollato, ore di coda alla reception, camere disponibili solo la sera, nessun posto auto nel parcheggio multipiano per gli ospiti (adibito a parcheggio multipiano pubblico). Quindi se vuoi stare qui a Natale, dovresti cercare un hotel più tranquillo. Ne vale sicuramente la pena 30 € in più. Purtroppo l'elaborazione di massa. Le camere sono pulite e ordinate e il personale fa sicuramente del suo meglio. Ps. Se prenoti su Trip.com, assicurati che le impostazioni di prenotazione non cambino durante il processo di prenotazione. Il prezzo cambia e rimani senza colazione. Dopo aver provato due volte, abbiamo deciso di prenotare la colazione in loco, il prezzo era comunque accettabile.

Ottimo albergo in una zona molto tranquilla e a 10 minuti dal centro. Camere molto spaziose moderne e confortevoli. La dotazione della camera è molto buona anche se magari mi sarei aspettato qualche cosa più come dotazione bagno e non ho gradito il sapone e shampoo presente in bagno (troppo floreale :( ) . Connessione WIFI molto biona . Colazione molto buona sia dolce che salata. Personale molto molto cortese.

La targa con la classificazione a cinque stelle all'ingresso di questo hotel, in un modernissimo edificio a circa 10 minuti dal centro storico, mi sembra forse concessa con troppo generosità. A mio parere si tratta di un discreto 4 stelle ma nulla di più. E' anche l'unico hotel del gruppo Hilton presente in città, quindi se siete clienti affezionati della catena la scelta è quasi obbligata. Iniziamo con alcune considerazioni sull'edificio che ospita l'hotel: ha una curiosa forma ovale, e le 189 camere dell'hotel Doubletree occupano il primo e secondo piano. Negli altri piani vi sono un residence e numerosi uffici. Con questo curioso layout, con l'hotel che si estende in orizzontale anzichè in verticale come la maggior parte degli hotel, con circa 90 camere per ogni piano, il risultato è che se vi capita una delle camere più lontane dagli ascensori dovete percorrere oltre 100 metri ogni volta che andate in camera, ovvero quasi un km al giorno. Buona idea per mantenersi in forma, ma forse non apprezzabile da tutti i clienti.. Le camere sono molto belle e spaziose, con arredamenti moderni e dotate di ogni comfort. Migliorabile però il servizio di housekeeping: nonostante il cartello ”non disturbare” e la porta chiusa a doppia mandata la mattina mi sono trovato la cameriera che è entrata in camera senza bussare, e ovviamente senza minimamente scusarsi. Per il personale della reception il giudizio è un po' contrastante: accanto a personale di altissima professionalità e cortesia che ho incontrato il giorno della partenza, all'arrivo ho trovato addette scortesi e sbrigative, come se il cliente (pagante) per loro fosse solo un elemento di disturbo. Di buon livello la colazione, peraltro allineata a tutte le strutture del gruppo Hilton che ho visitato in Polonia, e sopra gli standard di molte altre nazioni europee. Avrei voluto provare il ristorante dell'hotel, ma alle 20 ho visto solo un paio di tavoli occupati e la cosa non mi ha convinto, ho allora optato per uno dei numerosi, e più attraenti, ristoranti ospitati nel cortile interno dell'edificio. Prezzo medio attorno ai 100-120 euro a notte, colazione esclusa, sopra la media di hotel di parii livello in Polonia.

Ottima opzione per Wroclaw. Non è nel centro, ma a 10 minuti a piedi e siete lì. L'hotel è bello, con un buon spa, e la camera è molto comoda. Amorevole il gel di doccia Lalique e lo shampoo. L'hotel è situato in una posizione ideale a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dal centro commerciale. Siamo arrivati 45 minuti prima di entrare e speravamo di poter prendere la nostra stanza, ma ci sono stati detto che ci sarebbe stato un onere 40PLN. Possiamo lasciare il nostro bagaglio, tuttavia, le camere sono grandi e spaziose, ma un po' stanche. Ma erano puliti e avevano tutto quello che ci serviva. Il colazione era molto deludente. Il salsa era come i cani caldi di una tintura e aveva un gusto molto fragile. Ci sono stati misti vegetali come il cauliflore e i broccoli che non erano quello che volevamo la mattina; ci sono stati portati uova scramblete, ma siamo affogati in sale; il pane era asciutto e non c'era neanche un toast. Non siamo dei cibosciati, ma non è stato per il nostro gusto.

Die Lage ist super. Es liegt direkt neben einer großen Shopping-Mall und 5-10 min. fußläufig entfernt von der historischen Altstadt. Die Einrichtung des Appartements ist modern und geschmackvoll. Bei der Buchung erhielt man zuerst Email mit 13 Punkten, allerdings nur auf Polnisch, nichts in Englisch. Dies finde ich bei internationalen Gästen schwierig, der Google Übersetzer konnte jedoch helfen. Die Rezeption ist schwer zu finden, im 3. Stock zwischen Bürozimmern. Dort ist es weder sauber, noch ordentlich. Es türmen sich Tüten voller Wäsche. Es macht überhaupt keinen professionellen Eindruck. Das Zimmer 537 wurde als Appartement verkauft, jedoch empfand ich dies nicht als 32qm groß, sondern viel kleiner. Es gab noch eine Mini-Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Heizplatten, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Im Bad gab es einen Föhn (nur mit einem lauen Lüftchen) und eine Waschmaschine, jedoch nirgends keine Möglichkeit die Wäsche zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Der Kosmetikspiegel im Bad war nicht mehr vorhanden. Dusche lief komplett aus bis in den Flur. Dies scheint öfter zu passieren, denn die Fußleisten waren bereits aufgequollen. Die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte auch nicht (mehr). Es gab lediglich zwei Handtücher zum Duschen, aber keine kleinen für die Hände und auch nichts für die Füße vor der Dusche. Kosmetikprodukte gab es gar nicht. Ich empfand die Einrichtung als teils abgewohnt und es war auch nicht alles sauber. In den Fluren des 5. Stockwerkes roch es eigenartig, etwas muffig und irgendwie chemisch. Achtung: Das Gebäude liegt an der gefühlt am meisten befahrenen Straße von Breslau, jeweils 3-4 spurig und Straßenbahn, es ist eine wahnsinnige Lautstärke, auch nachts. Nachts hört man oftmals röhrende Auspuffe und quietschende Reifen. Auch die Partys aus dem übernächsten Zimmer sind zu hören. Ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage für 45 PLN pro Tag wurde uns trotz vorheriger Reservierung per Email nicht reserviert und war am Anreisetag auch nicht verfügbar. Wir mussten daher im öffentlichen Bereich der Tiefgarage für 100 PLN pro Tag parken. Die Differenz von 55 PLN würde ich OVO Appartements gern in Rechnung stellen. Die Reservierung hat die Rezeption erst für den Folgetag hinterlegt, da sie aber erst ab 13 Uhr besetzt ist, konnten wir vorher auch keine Parkkarte erhalten, also vorher auch nicht umparken. Das Frühstück gab es im Café etno nebenan bzw. im gleichen Gebäude, es gehört aber nicht zur Unterkunft, d. h. dort ist normaler Publikumsverkehr und das Frühstück wurde hier von der Unterkunft für die Gäste gebucht. Man konnte auswählen bei Bagel / belegtes Brötchen oder Rührei, Kaffee/Tee, Saft und Croissant. Das Café Etno ist toll, aber es ist ungewohnt, dass man kein Frühstücksrestaurant mit Buffet usw. hat. Obwohl es im gleichen Gebäudekomplex ein „OVO bar & restaurant“ gibt, welches zum Namen der Appartements passt. Fazit: Für knapp 100€/Nacht fand ich dieses „Apartment“ bei der Größe bzw. diesem geringen Service vollkommen überteue

The ones that have been upgraded are really excellent. In no way luxurious but clean, comfortable, tidy and modern - perfect for what I'm looking for in a city break hotel. The rooms that haven't been upgraded - most from what we've stayed in are fine, especially for a lads weekend, the odd one that we've stayed though probably did need an overhaul but generally speaking the non upgraded rooms are OK as well. The breakfast, as ever offers more than enough to start the day. Fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cereals. It's not the most extensive and some people may want more than what's on offer but if its included in your stay it's good value. Location - again as mentioned many times, is excellent - a short walk to the main square and well positioned for jumping in and out of taxi's if you want to go a but further afield. As with all my previous reviews I give it 5*'s again, that's based on the value in relation to the location, the standard of the hotel, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast and as important as all those things - the staff, they always push it over the line when I come to reviewing the hotel. I'm about to book my trip to Wroclaw for the Xmas, it's highly likely we'll be staying here again,

As a family we stayed here in May earlier this year. I've stayed at this hotel many times now and it's always the first place I look at when I'm booking my return to Wroclaw. Hotel con buon rapporto qualità prezzo, pulito, arredi essenziali, letto comodo, camera ampia e riscaldata Personale alla reception non proprio disponibile. Se pagate in struttura chiedete pagamento in moneta locale, loro vi faranno pagare in automatico in euro, ciò comporta una commissione da parte loro piuttosto alta. Questa è stata l'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta. Per il resto è una struttura decente, buona posizione, a pochi metri un centro commerciale dove mangiare se si vuol stare in zona. Colazione a pagamento costosa e non adeguata, di fronte l'hotel trovate un ortima e carina caffetteria dove far colazione.

Ho soggiornato 3 notti in questo Aparthotel, stanza a tema Scotland davvero molto bella e spaziosa. Buona la pulizia anche se migliorabile in pochi aspetti, dotata di tantissimi confort. Letti comodi, bagno super confortevole con ampia doccia, cucina ben attrezzata anche se non ho mai avuto modo di utilizzarla. Un'enorme vetrata da un tocco di classe alla stanza. L'Hotel si trova in una stradina silenziosa a pochi passi dalla via pedonale che porta al Municipio e alla piazza del Mercato (5 minuti a piedi) e a pochi metri dalla fermata del Tram/bus. Il palazzo che ospita l'Hotel è davvero molto bello e pulito, con possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in un cafè attaccato all'Hotel. Alla reception il persona è stato molto disponibile. Esperienza meravigliosa, ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte auch nicht (mehr). Es gab lediglich zwei Handtücher zum Duschen, aber keine kleinen für die Hände und auch nichts für die Füße vor der Dusche. Kosmetikprodukte gab es gar nicht. Ich empfand die Einrichtung als teils abgewohnt und es war auch nicht alles sauber. In den Fluren des 5. Stockwerkes roch es eigenartig, etwas muffig und irgendwie chemisch. Achtung: Das Gebäude liegt an der gefühlt am meisten befahrenen Straße von Breslau, jeweils 3-4 spurig und Straßenbahn, es ist eine wahnsinnige Lautstärke, auch nachts. Nachts hört man oftmals röhrende Auspuffe und quietschende Reifen. Auch die Partys aus dem übernächsten Zimmer sind zu hören. Ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage für 45 PLN pro Tag wurde uns trotz vorheriger Reservierung per Email nicht reserviert und war am Anreisetag auch nicht verfügbar. Wir mussten daher im öffentlichen Bereich der Tiefgarage für 100 PLN pro Tag parken. Die Differenz von 55 PLN würde ich OVO Appartements gern in Rechnung stellen. Die Reservierung hat die Rezeption erst für den Folgetag hinterlegt, da sie aber erst ab 13 Uhr besetzt ist, konnten wir vorher auch keine Parkkarte erhalten, also vorher auch nicht umparken. Das Frühstück gab es im Café etno nebenan bzw. im gleichen Gebäude, es gehört aber nicht zur Unterkunft, d. h. dort ist normaler Publikumsverkehr und das Frühstück wurde hier von der Unterkunft für die Gäste gebucht. Man konnte auswählen bei Bagel / belegtes Brötchen oder Rührei, Kaffee/Tee, Saft und Croissant. Das Café Etno ist toll, aber es ist ungewohnt, dass man kein Frühstücksrestaurant mit Buffet usw. hat. Obwohl es im gleichen Gebäudekomplex ein „OVO bar & restaurant“ gibt, welches zum Namen der Appartements passt. Fazit: Für knapp 100€/Nacht fand ich dieses „Apartment“ bei der Größe bzw. diesem geringen Service vollkommen überteue

Assolutamente sovraffollato, ore di coda alla reception, camere disponibili solo la sera, nessun posto auto nel parcheggio multipiano per gli ospiti (adibito a parcheggio multipiano pubblico). Quindi se vuoi stare qui a Natale, dovresti cercare un hotel più tranquillo. Ne vale sicuramente la pena 30 € in più. Purtroppo l'elaborazione di massa. Le camere sono pulite e ordinate e il personale fa sicuramente del suo meglio. Ps. Se prenoti su Trip.com, assicurati che le impostazioni di prenotazione non cambino durante il processo di prenotazione. Il prezzo cambia e rimani senza colazione. Dopo aver provato due volte, abbiamo deciso di prenotare la colazione in loco, il prezzo era comunque accettabile.
