From start to finish our staff experience was superb ! These guys are on the ball with their customer focus. This was my third Spa day at Rookery Hall and as the previous ones certainly did not disappoint . My friend who joined me is well travelled & experienced in Soas and hotels, she was impressed and delighted with a perfect day .
