房間其實挺新，挺乾淨的。但是別別車停在酒店被刮蹭了，一開始前台説等老闆來了，給我們發監控錄像，留下了我們的聯繫方式。我們就走了，第二天説需要保護私隱，衹能給警察看。

Colin and his team were extremely helpful and kind in consideration with my very disabled dad in his electric power chair. They made the route accessible to the bar area and made space for him at a table. Great tuna sandwich and chips. Thanks you so much!

Had a family meal in this quaint period hotel with lots of traditional features, the staff are very welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food is simply mind blowing and of the highest quality, three of us had the 8oz rump steak with triple cooked chips and salad and we all had a chocolate orange dessert which was scrumptious, would highly recommend rand Will definitely visit again when in Farringdon.

Sunday lunch in the Ballroom restaurant with my husband and Auntie and Uncle. Excellent service and food. Well worth a visit. The Roast on a Sunday is amazing. Went down to the front bar after lunch and enjoyed a bottle of Merlot. Dale working the bar, alway's friendly and helpful. Thank you 🥰

Just passing through, not sure what to expect when we booked, but it was incredible accomodation, wish we'd stayed longer. Breakfast was good too!

Needed somewhere for an overnight stop whilst travelling so arrived at 9pm, slept, got up and left next day. Got a free room upgrade when booking. Nice and spacious. Comfy bed and slept well. Freshly cooked breakfast (did me a gluten free one). Staff very helpful. They also allowed me to keep my mountain bike in my room. Although a brief visit, it served it's purpose and would use again. Only real challenge was the car park. It's hard to find (hidden little side alley) and quite small ("first come first served") but managed to squeeze in. I had to ring the hotel for directions to find it. Just bit of a faff late at night but that's all.
