I would like to raise some issues regarding our recent booking at Hotel Totto. Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, the experience was disappointing for the following reasons:
1. The amenities were inadequate— e.g., only one coffee mug for a two-person room and no cutlery was provided.
2. Parking was charged at $25/day, which wasn’t stated clearly on the hotel website and seemed excessive for a 4-star hotel.
3. We booked three rooms, but one was placed on a different floor. Despite requesting cleaning in person, one room was not properly cleaned—only towels were replaced. In another room, towels and the bathroom mat were left on the bed after cleaning.
4. False fire alarms went off twice during the night (midnight and 4:30 a.m.), disrupting our stay. There was no apology or explanation from the staff.
5. The air conditioning in one of the rooms did not work. We were too tired to request a room change, but this is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
We hope you will address these concerns and provide feedback on how this situation will be resolved.
