Basic, reasonably good value accommodation which suited me fine - certainly much cheaper than most places in nearly Dor**und city centre - but just a short train ride away. No frills, but clean and comfortable enough in a convenient location. Breakfast options good. I was able to get into the accommodation even though arriving late in the evening, via the code for the key box which I got from phoning the hotel ahead of arrival. It would be preferable if the booking details (and website) mentioned this so that guests know, but it worked out fine for me.

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren immer wieder hier aus beruflichen Gründen zu Gast. In den letzten 10 Jahren hat der Standart stark abgenommen. Es fängt fast immer mit der Buchung an, die irgendwie schief geht. Die Zimmer waren oft nicht sauber (z.B. Haare im Bad), dieses Mal hatte ich eins mit einem großen Wasserschaden an der Decke. Es riecht feucht und nach Abfluss. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und für Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten gibt es aus Kostengründen keinerlei Alternativen. Die Zimmer werden selten gemacht. Dieses Mal nach drei Nächten noch kein einziges Mal. Gespräche mit dem Inhaber waren oft unfreundlich. Häufig gab es am Ende auch noch Probleme mit der Rechnung. Also: eher schwierig.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Sauberkeit ist völlig o.k. Frühstück ist ein wenig zu einfallslos für den Preis von 12,50 Euro. Parkplätze vor der Tür kostenfrei. S-Bahn in der Nähe.

Sehr freundliches Personal und interessantes Design. Unser Raum war trotz Heizung ein wenig kalt und die Ausstattung der Gemeinschaftsküche reicht nicht aus um sich darin ernsthaft etwas zu kochen. Dafür gibt es reichlich möglichkeiten etwas zu essen in der Umgebung. Insgesamt würde ich sagen dass das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen und auch den Preis wert ist

Obgleich sowohl unsere Anreise als auch Abreise zu geschäftsüblichen Zeiten stattfand war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und das Hotel verschlossen. Man ist also zwingend darauf angewiesen, ein Mobiltelefon mitzuführen, damit man das Hotel telefonisch erreichen und einchecken kann. Das uns ein Zimmer ohne eine funktionierende Toilette vermietet wurde (stellten wir nachts fest...) ist dann der Punkt, wo es kippt.......es stellt sich hier die Frage, warum so etwas bei der Zimmervorbereitung nicht auffällt und behoben wird...
Tja, und am Wochenende einen Parkplatz in halbwegs erreichbarer Nähe zu finden gleicht auch eher einem Glücksspiel.

Die Unterkunft ist zu alt für ein Hotel. Es gab kein Frühstück, weil nur 3 Gäste dort waren. Die Angestellten kamen nach Anruf von zu Hause und waren dann aber sehr nett.
Rein zum Schlafen ist es einigermaßen ok...zu mehr aber auf keinen Fall.
