Attenzione questo posto non è quello che vedi online. Vedere le foto sotto. Era grosso quasi non rimasto, siamo stanchi. Grazie a Dio ho portato la mia roba. La maniglia del bagno si è rotta e hanno portato qualcuno nella stanza alle 8:00 con due bambini piccoli fino a quasi 9:00 per ripararla. Sono stato pagato $10 per un lavastoviglie che non ho usato. Sono venuto per i miei motivi sanitari. Immagina se questo accade a tutti gli ospiti? Hmm, io mi metto in contatto con Trip, HJ e Wyndham.

My husband and I were UNLUCKY enough to have lived at the Winter Haven Gardens for 3 months. The staff there are ignorant and DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT A GUEST. We were very disappointed in the front desk employees down to the maid service. The management (if you can call them that) have a long way to go and more to learn just to bring them up to be polite and helpful. If any of the management there worked for me, well let's just say they would never work for me. But your management is only as good as the owner and his willingness to pay for good help. Your management should set the pace and the atmosphere of the hotel. The management, especially the head of the maid service and dining room, is the worst of all of them. She gets into everyone's business, even the guests. They never had.any clean towels or clean linen. I ended up buying my own. The washers and dryers there are filthy and leak water. Most of the washers take your $2.50, and the machine never turns on. It was hit or miss with the dryers too. And don't think you're going to get a quarterback when you lose it, because the front office will tell that the sign says that you wash at your own risk. I thought that sign meant that if your laundry was stolen, they were not going to be responsible. But I guess that's a sign with many meanings!! The room was nice and I kept it clean. I did a much better job than the maids did. But if I were getting paid the money that they are getting paid to do that job and work for nasty people, then I would not care about the job that I did either. There are too many dogs there. The room had a wet dog smell about it when we first got there. And our No Smoking Room smelled like they hadn't taken the curtains down to wash since the day they were hung. The bedspread smelled like smoke too. There was trash in the breezeway and on the weekends, the team would pile up outside of the overstuffed trash cans all around the property. The management Do Not Know was ice was. You can not get a piece of ice anywhere in that hotel. They have several ice machines in the breezeways, but not one of them works, kind of like the washing machines there. This is a terrible place to go and stay. Their prices are high and the quality thereof everything is low. If you want to go to a decent hotel, then go next door to the Howard Johnsons Hotel. At least they are still run by Americans......

La posizione dell'hotel è buona.Non sono meno di tre miglia dalla linea diretta del parco di golf in Florida.E'più conveniente guidare.Quando ci fermiamo, abbiamo appena raggiunto la porta dell'hotel, c'è rumore nella costruzione e l'ambiente circostante.C'è Wal Mart vicino all'hotel, c'è un sacco di posti per mangiare. Non siamo andati vicino a un biff shop, ma la decorazione è molto vicina.C'è un auto-assistente cinese per tre minuti di guida, e abbiamo mangiato la cena.La porta è una strada lunga, un autobus e un po'di auto.

Hotel recentemente, alcuni piccoli dettagli da lavorare di nuovo, che l’hotel ha davvero molto bene preso in considerazione. Purtroppo un viaggiatore prima ci ha fatto lavare i suoi vestiti che credevo infestato da letti. Abbiamo quindi avuto il male di avere una nei nostri vestiti. Ma altrimenti l’hotel è davvero perfetto il miglior hotel di Winter Haven spero che i prezzi non cambieranno 😅

Mia sorella e io siamo andati a visitare mia zia che ha dementia, siamo stati molto impressionati dalla pulizia e dall'eccellente servizio clienti. La signora della cucina era fantastica e ci ha complimentati con la persona del desk front e mi ha chiamato e mi ha messo sul programma di premi. È stata una bella esperienza, grazie a tutti i lavoratori del miglior ovest invernale.

Di fronte al muro di Legoland, il trasporto è comodo. La stanza è grande, ma in rovina da molto tempo, la stanza odora di muffa. La piscina è enorme. Fai una colazione semplice. Il servizio di reception varia da persona a persona. La sorella maggiore che ha effettuato il check-in era nella media e la sorella maggiore che ha effettuato il check-out era molto gentile. Il prezzo è vicino alla gente, quindi non c'è niente di cui lamentarsi.
