The front desk person charged me several times of incidentals and the refund is a hard process.

The hallways where dirty. Crumbs everywhere on third floor. Hair in bathroom floor and tub. Sanitizer stand out of sanitizers. Half a roll of toilet paper.

I liked my stay and would stay again. It was comfortable and clean. Pillows we're nice, bedding was nice.
Staff was a hit or miss. A few were fantastic and a few clearly didn't want to be there.
All in all it was a nice place to stay. The parking lot was close and convenient.

I was thinking that my room would have a refrigerator and microwave as it did stated as part of the amenities for my stay at this hotel. The lady at the front desk told me that some rooms have refrigerators and some don’t. They have 1 microwave that’s in the lobby of the hotel that’s for everybody to use. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Don’t stay here

We have stayed in this hotel before and came back for Thanksgiving weekend because we wanted to hit some hiking trails. This hotel is very clean and the staff is polite and nice. Checkin and checkout are a breeze. The only thing I did not like (and this has nothing to do with the hotel itself) is that one of the nights there was a man parked closer to us and told us “to be aware of our surroundings” - I did not felt as safe as my other trips there that night but the next day everything was fine and nothing else happened. I would recommend this hotel!

We stay at the Double Tree at least two times a month and it’s always been great. This time was a little disappointing I have to say. The carpet had a few pieces of debris left after vacuuming. The shower had a long hair stuck to the side of the shower that was very noticeable. There was only a little bit of toilet tissue left in the roll with no extra rolls in the bathroom. It just felt and looked like the maids did a hurry up job. And we always get the Jr Suite also, which is the best room they have so we do expect it to be clean and top notch. We ordered room service for dinner and after waiting for an hour, I had to call to see what the problem was. They had forgotten to write down my room number so they had to make the food over again. That took an hour and 40 mins to get our dinner finally. Usually we have a great stay, but this visit was not so good.

The first night at this property was terrible! We were in 220 it sounded like we were at an amusement park on a roller coaster ride with the elevators all night long. We did not sleep at all! The second night was just as bad! If you ever stay at this property ask to stay very far away from the elevators! I am happy to be home and finally can get peaceful night of sleep. The front desk didn’t do a thing for me !

We stayed here for one night to visit Jolo winery. I paid extra for a deluxe room. We arrived at 4pm before many other's had checked in, and were put in an adjoining room with the ice machine backing the wall behind the bed. When asking about this, the front desk never offered any solutions or a different room. The next morning, we went downstairs to have coffee. There was no coffee, and when asking the front desk (who was just standing there) she directed me to the only staff working the restaurant. There were no plates, no tables to sit at because the entire dining room needed to be bussed and we sat waiting for coffee for 15 minutes. While waiting, we noticed the horrible service including staff making guests feel bad for trying to have breakfast. When we complained upon checkout of the ice machine keeping me awake banging. Once again there was never an apology, or any form of trying to solve the problem. She just said she would notify maintenance. For a Hilton- This was a HUGE disappoin**ent and should be further investigated.
