We stayed one night on a cross country driving trip. We didn’t experience all of the facilities but the room was great, very comfortable and had a great sleep. The front desk staff were so pleasant. We had a very minor issue with the room which was looked at immediately and fixed. The manager offered us complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience which was such a nice surprise and then had 2 follow up calls from front desk checking up on us. There was a big winter storm and we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant instead of venturing out again. I almost gave this review 4 stars because the dinner was disappointing and expensive. The main courses were a bit tasteless and had to be sent back to be reheated. But I knew it might be hit and miss before we went in so I decided to stick with my original 5 stars for the great hotel staff and a great sleep.

Molto piacevole - ci siamo trasferiti 2 notti prima del nostro volo e al ritorno dalle nostre vacanze. Siamo stati lontani per 2 settimane e il parcheggio è stato incluso con la camera. La nostra notte aspettando un aereo per quanto piacevole. Avevamo una bella grande e pulita camera. La zona del bistro per il tipo bar e colazione era abbastanza adatta. Il personale era più accogliente quando avevamo bisogno di un check-out tardivo. Se passassimo da Winnipeg, rimarremmo qui, a pochi passi da arrivi e da parteri.

Ho apprezzato il mio soggiorno in questo hotel, camera completa con tutte le comodità ( frigo, cucina a microonde, lavastoviglie, caffettiera) molto utile per lunghi soggiorni, questo ci evita di mangiare al ristorante ogni giorno. La stanza è molto pulita e l'hotel è anche .Il personale è a ascolto della clientela. Solo un piccolo bemol ,il bar dell'hotel è chiuso ( immagino che il covid ) ,la casa esterna non funziona . Insomma , consiglia questo hotel . Grazie per il vostro buon servizio!

Non è un posto per gli anziani, le donne o le famiglie. Se vuoi che sia economico, resta qui. E 'molto costoso e le camere e il personale sono carini (chiedi ”sconto medico”). Ma.. Se sei anziana, le donne o una famiglia, trova un posto migliore. Eravamo attaccati e minacciati da un giovane grande con le scarpe sul viso perché gli chiedo di aspettare il prossimo ascensore (c'era un limite di due persone nell'ascensore in un momento a causa della distanza sociale e mia madre anziana era con me), ma lui ha spinto Non c'era neanche una maschera, dovevamo uscire dall'ascensore e aspettare un altro. Mi guardava e mi disse: ”Hai un problema? Che problema hai?” Mi disse la stessa cosa nel lobby quando usciamo dall'ascensore successivo. Ero molto spaventato. L'ho visto tornare e uscire dall'hotel molte volte visitando veicoli in Parcheggio. Sono convinto che vendesse droghe dalla sua stanza d'albergo. Ma non era l'unica cosa... Quando il sole scendeva dalle bande di moto molto alte, iniziarono a correre e scendere sulle strade davanti all'hotel. Sembrava che fosse un tipo di circuito. Poi le auto correvano. Tutto questo era puntato tutta la notte con le sirene. Una notte abbiamo sentito dei fucili alti. Sembrava che la polizia abbandonasse il centro della città al sole, proprio come un film dove i gang hanno preso il controllo. città a notte.Siamo stati sconvolti.Se sei un gangster o un gang-bang, questo posto sarebbe ideale, ma non è certamente per una persona normale, donne, anziani o famiglia. Non ci siamo mai sentiti al sicuro e nonostante le nostre preoccupazioni, il personale non ha mai aiutato siamo più sicuri. Non hanno mai applicato le loro regole di maschera o le regole di distanziamento sociale. Penso che erano proprio come temevano il riffratto in hotel come eravamo. Non ci rimarremo mai più. Non vale la pena rischiare.

As the title would suggest, you need be aware that your car may be broken into when staying at this hotel. I always check out the hotels I stay at on TripAdvisor before booking and I did see that this was a problem, but thought never in a million years would we be the target of such a thing. Not the case. Before leaving to start our day I noticed a note slipped under our door that there was an issue with our car and to visit the front desk. It didn't even occur to me that it would be this, I thought it was because we were parked in the red area, outside the hotels green area. The manager was called when I got to the front desk and he informed me that our car was broken into. I will say, they handled the situation very well. The front desk clerk, the manager that I spoke to, the security guard that helped to tape up the window and the clean up crew that were there with garbage cans and an industrial sized shopvac all handled the situation very well. As it turns out...from what we could see there were about 6 or so other cars that were broken into. After the shock sunk in and anger and frustration surfaced, I went back to the manager to see if there was some sort of compensation that could be offered. There was, which I appreciate. If this happens to you, don't be afraid to ask. Needless to say, no matter how nice the room was or how great the lounge and lounge staff were, I'll never stay here again. I will look for a hotel with a private parking garage or at least a more secure parking situation or find an airbnb.

This was an overnight, weekend leisure stay for a nearby event. Despite having never stayed here before, the location was very convenient and the website photos were encouraging. Booking was simple using the website and check in was pleasant. On entering the room, the temperature was noticeably hot. Uncomfortably hot. We assessed this was because of direct sunlight coming through the window so we closed the shade somewhat and beeped the temperature down on the thermostat. Due to our schedule, and not thinking it would be an issue, we left immediately and didn't advise the desk. On return later that evening, the room was still incredibly hot (~25-30C) despite the thermostat being set to 19C. We had another timeline to make but we advised the desk on leaving. We were told the room temperature was ”centrally controlled” and that it wasn't possible to change it. We were offered a change of room but this was impossible as we had to leave immediately. We were offered a fan which we accepted. On return to the room the 3rd time later that night, the temperature was ridiculously high and nearly unbearable; the vent was blowing hot. The fan was of little use as the window would not open so it simply circulated stale air. We also noticed the blinds would not fully close so early morning sunlight brought an abrupt end to an already terrible night's sleep. On check out, the person at the desk made no inquiry into the quality of our stay and we simply left the keys on the desk. I then had to call the hotel later for a copy of the receipt as one wasn't emailed. I stay in hotels 60+ nights/year and this was one of the worst for quality, value and customer service. I will not be returning.

Camera pulita.La struttura della stanza era meravigliosa con cucina e tavolo da ufficio e sedia e divano. Bello colazione e amichevole staff.i non sapevo che prendevano 400 dollari di deposito di danni. Continuavano ad aspettare il rimborso. Altrimenti era un ottimo soggiorno.
